  • The hearing aids are satisfactory and very costly. They have a tendency to get clogged easily with wax but this office is very accommodating to getting her in and cleaning the hearing aids and checking them out. The staff is very professional and friendly.

  • Janine McLaughlin is a unique physical therapist. She special ices in pelvic floor treatment. Between the therapy treatment of muscle trigger points & integrative dry needling treatment, she has turned my whole pelvic area completely around.

  • Usually the session starts with warmup exercises such as stretching and jumping rope. Then some conditioning exercises followed by very detailed instruction in boxing including stances, balance, and movement. The session usually winds down with some form of exercise such as jumping jacks, sit-ups and push ups all aimed at improving strength and agility.

  • I originally came to Dr. Fox after my doctor as alarmed by a skin lesion I had had for years.  He checked it out and diagnosed it as a basal cell carcinoma.  It was removed, and during another skin check, a precancerous mole as found and removed.  During my latest skin check another abnormal mole was found, and I'll have surgery in couple of weeks.  Needless to say these are scary things to hear, and every employee in the office has been helpful, caring, personable and reassuring, and Dr. Fox is a hoot.  I've never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room.  I'm very happy with Dr. Fox and the entire office.

  • Staff is very nice, they have coffee in the waiting room, and toys for my toddler. They pulled over a small chair so my toddler could watch me get my teeth cleaned and didn't at all mind having him in the office. Great place and we'll be back!

  • He was very friendly. My previous dentist said I needed a root canal so a friend of mine recommended this dentist. She listened to what I had to say because I have always felt the other dentists have used too much novocaine. She was very conscientious about all of that. Because I needed a root canal and my previous dentists was not going to do it so he recommended her and I never went back to mine. My previous dentist said I needed a root canal on a certain tooth but after she looked at it she decided it was the tooth next to it so I got a crown instead. I think he takes kids because a friend of mine's grandkids go to her. As far as her availability, she was light years ahead of the other guy. I have not had a problem getting appointments, but I have not seen her long enough to know for sure. She emails and/or text reminders, which is good so that I don't necessarily have to call in  I can schedule an appointment on the website. She also made the crown right in her office. I did not have to go in and then come back. The office environment was nice and everybody was friendly. She took her time to explain everything and drew pictures. When they take X-rays they do them digitally. There is a monitor right above the chair that you are seated in so he will bring up pictures to show me what I am talking about. Her billing and administration seems fine.

  • They are excellent. With our insurance program, it costs a little bit more a year for the same prescription. That is why we changed but the pharmacists are wonderful and they go out of their way to help you. Their personnel in the pharmacy department are very personable and very helpful.

  • I didn't realize that Eyetique had recently bought out the previous owner (called Union Vision), when I stopped in.  I was promptly greeted, and to my surprise, was helped by one of the owners who happened to be at the store that day (they have 12 other locations in Cleveland and Pittsburgh.  They describe themselves as an eye wear botique (hence the name) and fittingly, they have a huge selection of standard as well as unique frames you wont find elsewhere.  The owner patiently listened to what I was looking for, and helped me try on dozens of frames and narrow it down to a few.  When it still wasn't exactly what I wanted, he explained that they can customize the lens shape for me ( I was looking at rimless and partially rimless glasses).
    If you've read this far, you'll be thinking what I was thinking-'great, but this will be expensive'.  I was concerned because I don't have vision insurance, and a similar pair of glasses at another shop priced out at over $800.  Well he assured me that he'd work with me and when he came back with a total for the frames and top-of-the line coated lenses, I was very pleasantly surprised that the total was close to $500.
    i was so pleased with the price and the transaction, I started looking for a new pair of prescription sunglasses during the same visit.  Not surprisingly, I again couldn't find exactly what I wanted.  The owner explained that despite the huge in-stock selection, he was still moving in additional cases and stock.  He encouraged me to go online and  find a dozen frames that I liked.  He is bringing them in to the store in a couple of days so I can make a selection.
    As of this writing, I haven't received my first pair of glasses yet.  I'll update this review if anything changes, but I couldn't be happier with the selection and service I received..

    Well.. I've got both pairs of glasses and I'm very please with the fit and the new prescription.
