Tailwaggers Dog Walking & Pet Sitting
The Tailwaggers Team did a fantastic job with our dog Lanna. We were given a log of what was accomplish with each visit. The kids liked the daily text message of how our dog was doing, and would ask if the text had arrived yet.

We just can't say enough about Tailwaggers! Shelly and her crew are amazing! They have given our dog Lola and us, quality services and loving care for many years. While we are away, Lola is visited multiple times throughout the day and night. This is also a big plus knowing that our home is occupied and watched over while we are out of town! Lola is well cared for and given love and attention at each visit. Shelly will text or call us to keep us up to date on Lola's care and how she is doing. Lola is now up in years and is on medication due to arthritis. Shelly administers her meds and keeps Lola happy and active which makes for a very happy dog. I also want to mention that there have been a number of times that we have been called away at the last minute. Shelly has always accommodated us! Thank you Tailwaggers for all you do and for giving us that Peace of Mind while we are away!

    Double Dog Day Care Inc
It went pretty well at first.  The day care has one room, with large and small dogs intermingled.  Some dogs seemed too excitable to be there, but the staff seemed on top of things.  I arrived one afternoon to find one of my dogs had been in an altercation with other dogs.  The owner said my dog had one bite, none of the other dogs had bites, but my dog bit her arm when she picked him up to get him out of the room.  I took my dog immediately to the vet to have him checked, as he was limping.  The vet found a number (about 7) puncture wounds, 4 of which required stitches.  The vet couldn't understand why the Double Dog owner only pointed out one wound.  The following day my dog bled profusely from his groin, where the vet found he had an additional 4 puncture wounds on his p****.  I contacted the owner about all the wounds she had not told me about, and she blamed me for bringing my dog on a day when she had a number of overly excitable dogs there.  I wasn't sure how I would know this information.  She also blamed my dog, for inciting the other dogs to bite him.  She claimed no responsibility for my dog's injuries, stating it was my dog's fault and my fault.  My dog's injuries were experienced when she picked him up and exposed his stomach and genitals to the other dogs.  After pulling my dog from her day care, it took a number of requests before the owner reimbursed me for prepaid (and not used) day care.  When she reimbursed me it wasn't the full amount, but I let it go.  After pulling the dogs I found out my next door neighbor had pulled her dog from the same day care because he came home with 8 puncture wounds when the owner only said he had one wound.  Other friends have also reported pulling their dogs from Double Dog Day Care because aggressive dogs are allowed to interact in a small area with their dogs.  Injuries happen, so I can understand that.  What is upsetting is not reporting the extent of my dog's injuries, blaming my dog and me (and not the day care staff) for all the injuries, and then refusing to reimbursement for prepaid funds until I said I'd take her to small claims court because she wouldn't respond to my requests for repayment.

She is punctual. She leaves me a note, and is very consistant. I like that she contacts me if she is not able to make it on time. I also like that she fills my dogs water after the walk.
