    Johnson, Dr. Lynn M.
She was very punctual, very knowledgeable and kids love her. She's explains everything pretty well. They have a lot of things for the kids and the parents does not need to wait that long. The staff very well, they're the one that do the the weigh in, the measurements before they see the doctor. They interact very well with the kids.

It is a small office, which I like, instead of the big, multi-doctor offices. It is just one doctor here, so it is a lot more personal. The wait times are good. It is fairly easy to get an appointment. We have always had a good experience with him.

When we arrived a the office we were greeted by the staff and they were nice. I had about a 15 - 20 minute wait before going into the exam room. Prior to moving to OH, I lived in another state and was used to visiting my Pediatrician with no wait at all. Once in the exam room, A nurse came in to measure and weigh my daughter. We had to go down the hall to weigh her oppsoed to having a scale in the exam room. With babies, you must undress them so I was a little uncomfortable taking her down the hall naked in an air conditioned office to be weighed. Once back in the exam room, we waited approximately 5 minutes prior to Dr. Johnson's arrival. Dr. Johnson seemed friendly and seemed to know her stuff, however, my daughter was not happy with the experience. My daughter is REALLY laid back and never puts up a fuss, but she didn't care for Dr. Johnson or the staff. I am not sure if this was because this was a new enviroment or if something else. My thoughts are I would go back one more time to give htem a second chance. My daughter loved her previous Pediatrician in and his staff so it wasn't the whole Dr. thing. I was a little disappointed by her reaction.

    Vlad, Dr. John O
We opted not to go back. We found a new doctor. This place seemed a little overwhelmed with patients and the fact that they lost of paperwork really upset us. I'm sure Dr. Vlad is a fine doctor, just needs to work on the administration of his office.

Lynn is great. Our daughters have been seeing Lynn since we moved to the area (over 18 months ago). We followed Lynn to her new practice in Cortland. Even though it is a 20 minute drive for us from Youngstown, it's is worth every penny. During this particular visit, Lynn spent ample time examining our daughter and confirmed our suspicions (ear infection), provided a perscription, and suggested a possible follow-up.

Lynn spent a lot of time with us. Her staff ran some in-office test on our daughter and check her weight/height etc. After test, Lynn examined and found that our daughter had a sore throat and ear infection. She discussed treament and provided a perscription. We didn't schedule a follow-up visit and the infection was gone in less than a week.
