APrestige Home Construction LLCMike is fantastic! Right from the start, it's been a great experience. Mike is respectful and courteous. He is helpful on the phone and in person. He responds to every text and email and shows up on time, every time. He is honest and communicative. He gives you the time you need and has the most pleasant disposition. He is very patient, especially with a person like me, who changes their mind a lot, even as a home improvement project progresses. He has great ideas and is super helpful. Mike would drop off catalogs and samples for me and bring me information on more cost effective options. He has spent countless hours helping me sort through options and planning my project. He even came over to supervise the delivery of the materials! It looks like I have a new house. My front porch looks amazing and I can't wait to spend time out there this season. Mike's work is quality and exceptional. I love it! In addition, my neighbors are crazy about my new home improvement and every person who walks by looks at how beautiful my house front is now. I have received so many compliments. I'm still getting some more work done and plan on a new driveway to complete the look. And of course, I plan on having Mike do the work. I'm so confident in Mike's work, I've passed out several of his business cards to people that have come over to admire his work on my house. He knows his stuff. Bottom line, hire this guy!!! APrestige Home Construction LLCThe owner of the business came to my house, to take a look at what I needed done. They were very polite and professional, extremely easy to get along with. They measured the square feet of the garage, and answered all the questions I had. They got back to me within the next 2 days, with an unbeatable price!! I was very happy!! They came later next week, with a group of hard working men, and finished in about 9 hours! They leveled all the stone, set my drains, and began to pour concrete. When they were finished they cured the concrete (which is a sealer that makes the concrete set up slower), and came back a month later and sealed one last time. DEvolution Concrete & Construction LLC.***Additional follow up information*** I originally did a review for Evolution Concrete and the owner Brad. I was complimentary, in spite of a number of unethical events on his part, mostly because the work turned out pretty good. Since then, a great deal has happened. When Brad was removing the sidewalk with an front loader, he damaged some things. He destroyed 3 of my sprinkler heads for my in-ground irrigation set up. After talking, he deducted $150 dollars off the bill to partially cover the cost of replacement. I was initially satisfied, but later, additional charges were added which more than wiped out this allowance. My real problem was with some serious damage to my property. I came home from work to see Brad fussing with something at the end of my sidewalk. He was angry because the exhaust pipe from my sump pump was broken off. It was underneath the existing sidewalk and during removal, he broke it. He had some PVC pipe there, but no cement. He said he would bring some and fix this damage. I gave him some PVC cement I had just bought for another project. He proceeded to "fix" what he had broken. I had ever reason to believe he knew what he was doing. At the conclusion of the job, I was very unhappy with his business practice of adding charges. But we paid it and shook hands and went our ways. In about a week, I notices the wall where the sump pump exited my house was soaked and leaking on the floor. (I took pictures of this). This was a place on my basement wall that NEVER had a drop of water show up on it. I called Brad to come over and look at it. He agreed the pipe was leaking underneath the new pour. When asked by me to make it right, he said he would take out that section of concrete, but he cost of the plumbing and replacement of new stamped concrete was on me. He said "I'm not paying for that". So, I went to see an attorney who wrote Brad a letter saying we were willing to pay the first $500.00 dollars of the repair to cover a plumber and some of the other costs. He never acknowledged this letter and never contacted our attorney. We have since decided to turn this over to our insurance company. I am going to have to pay a hefty deductible and incur future increases in my policy premium for getting them involved, and Brad walks a way scott free. So beware when dealing with him. Find someone who is willing to take responsibility for damage and pay to make repairs when needed.- M. Ben M.

FEvolution ConcreteHe was accomodating and nice until he got his first check for 50% down. After that he was very unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. He was disrespectful towards my family and our home. He made design decisions for me without consultation and then became angry, childish and verbally abusive when I did not like what he did. We have had thousands of dollars of work done to our house and never had such an awful experience as this. Hire him at your own risk!- Karli A.

DThe representative of Falcon Construction came out to the house, took pictures, and then promised he would get back to me with an estimate the next week. I stressed to him that it was important to get this job done before winter and that I had already one company here to give me an estimate that never came back with one. I told him that if he couldn't do the job, to please just tell me, so I didn't waste his or my time and I could move to the next company. He assured me he would, promised me that he would have me an estimate the next week....I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN! Another two weeks wasted. Would never give them another opportunity! Just as a side note, didn't really appreciate his snarky sarcasm with my husband...not very professional.
