    The first crew was not the best, they caused some wall damage and didn't use proper equipment, but they were quick. HOWEVER, the second crew (3 movers) was excellent. They were quick, friendly, used appropriate straps and equipment and caused absolutely NO damage in my new home. Additionally, there was a problem finding our new address (not in GPS) and the customer service (Gus) was phenomenal in assisting us with contacting the crew and getting everyone where they needed to be. I am very happy with the service they provided. I would recommend the second crew to anyone... I was disappointed in the first crew.

    Two Men And A Truck - Akron

    Cameron and Mitch were our movers. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I appreciated their attention to detail and they were very personable. They seemed to actually have fun as they loaded and unloaded the truck. The office staff was also very helpful with adding to our order and keeping me informed via email regarding changes that I made to our order. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!     I would say it was okay, They started well but as move progressed they were tired I think and was slow. I was little nervous when it comes to handling TV and the way they carried etc. Over all it was not too bad but neither too great as well. They were late to my appointment as well as their earlier one was delayed.

    Movers arrived a little late as one of the team had called off and another person had to be contacted to come. The four movers removed all boxes and furniture efficiently and professionally, wrapping furniture with plastic wrap and paper where necessary. They were very polite, professional and had good sense of humor. They quickly loaded everything and then upon arriving at the new location quickly unloaded everything in record time. No damage of any property occurred. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time it took. There was a lot of communication between the company and I regarding packing supplies, dates and time confirmation. I would absolutely use these movers again in the future.

    We couldn't be happier with the whole process, from initial quote to final delivery.  We called Cory on Friday August 6 in the afternoon and he came around the next morning to do an inventory.  We received a quote by email that evening.  We accepted the quote the following Monday, and they were able to come and load two weeks later, loading on August 24 and delivering and unloading the next day.  We did our own packing of boxes and plastic totes with china, glassware, and other smaller items.  We picked up a bunch of boxes for this purpose from their Cleveland office, where we learned of their 80% refund for boxes returned in good condition.  Before the loading day, we realized we had underestimated the number of boxes needed for bedding and clothing.  No problem - we called Leaders and asked if they could bring extra boxes when they came to load.  They did, and we packed the boxes while Kevin, Ray and Dan loaded the furniture.  These 3 guys did a tremendous job.  They came at 9:30 (as they said they would) and finished the loading by 4:00.  This included a piano which was to be dropped off at our daughter's house 5 miles away from our new house.  They called us when they were 30 minutes away so we could be at out daughter's house to let them in.  They then came over to our house, arriving at 11:00.  They unloaded, moved everything exactly where we asked, reassembled beds and anything they had to disassemble to move, and were finished by 5:00.  The only item damaged was a small casserole dish that we failed to pack well.

    Kevin, Ray and Dan were very hard workers and they were very courteous,  as was Corey and his office associate (whose name has slipped my mind). 

    We don't plan on moving again but, if we did, we would definitely use Leaders.  We highly recommend the company to anyone planning a move.

    I engaged moving help for 2 bedroom apartment move. My apartment is in first floor and unload place is Condo in second floor. I do not have bedroom stuff and appliances. I pack 90% of my stuff and moved all boxes in to my garage place. My move is with in 10 miles and same city. Two men came and loaded my stuff into their truck and unloaded all of them in my new place without my 2 piece of sectional sofa. I engaged moving help only for sectional only. After 5 hours charge to me those 2 items went to my friends car garage. I do not recommend this company to any of my friends. I send feedback to them but no response. Now I need to spend $150 plus for my sectionals to move back to my Condo.

    The guys were great! We hired them twice. Once to move our items from a storage facility to our new home. And a second time to move furniture from our apartment to our new home. They were punctual, careful and very courteous. Their prices can't be beat. We definitely recommend Move It Now.

    Two Men And A Truck
    The move went fine.  The men were punctual and professional and did a great job getting the job done in less time than was originally quoted.
    There were 3 items that were damaged and we felt that we could fix two of them ourselves.  The third was an expensive Dyson fan that could not be repaired so I made a damage claim.  It took a couple months to get somebody to respond to my claim and finally somebody came out and took pictures of the fan and saw the damage for themselves.  I have never heard from the Company again even after repeated phone calls.
    I originally wrote them a good review online but then when they ignored my damage claim, I wrote another review but it never showed up on the website.   Too bad that I will never use them again over a $300 fan.  there are 2 additional people in my office that are getting ready to move and I will certainly not recommend this company.  I'm very disappointed.

    Laborers were excellent, polite and professional. The problem stemmed from the man that did our estimate walk through UNDER estimating the weight, quality and stackability of our furniture. This resulted in 2 trips. We should have have had a Larger truck. Their largest truck was a 26 ft truck. We had over 4800 sq. ft. Of home/ furniture to move. We moved all of the boxes (over 80 ) and clothing, ourselves. The owner did compensate us on the additional travel time, but the day of moving was over 10 hours. Move It Now would've been great for a smaller home or one with lightweight furniture which could've been stacked. The actual movers knew immediately that our furniture was not stackable and would require additional a trips. The owner was very accommodating to our situation, however, to suit our needs, we need a moving line that can fit our furniture in just one trip.

    We had to move twice this year and used Berman Moving services both times. The 2 experiences could not be more different. The first move in November was fantastic. The movers moved things quickly and efficiently and all our possessions arrived in
    the condition they left.
    The February 7, 2013 move was not good. From the start, I had problems with scheduling. I offered up 3 days for my availability. Berman was available for 2 of those, so they told me to pick the one I wanted. Being that we had moved the same items 2 months ago, I knew that it would take the movers 4 hours to do the job, so I chose a Thursday afternoon so that I would only have to miss a half day of work. After scheduling for a specific day, I then received a return phone call informing me that I would have to pay overtime for every hour after 4 pm. I explained that I would rather not do this and asked why I was not told this when I scheduled. The man on the phone said he would talk with his manager, called me back, and waived the overtime
    fee.
    I was also told that I had to buy insurance if I wanted it��� otherwise things were not covered. And I���m so glad I did.
    Moving day arrived and I received a phone call from the movers about 2 hours before the scheduled time. Ray asked me what items I want moved. I listed each item slowly so that he could write them down if he wanted. When I mentioned the washing machine, he told me that he will not disconnect the plumping and that if I can���t do it myself, I have to hire an ���outside contractor��� to take care of it. I found this annoying, but was able to disconnect the clothes washer myself. This is something I should have been told before moving day.

    When the 2 men arrived, they once again asked what I want moved. I was confused as to why they asked again since we just had this conversation on the phone. It was then evident that they didn���t write anything down.
    Throughout the move, I was nervous watching the 2 movers. It was evident that Ray knew what he was doing, but I had the impression that it was Tony���s first day and that he was untrained. I watched him drop my couch TWICE, trip over and step on items I had on the floor, and shakily carry parts of my bedroom set up the stairs and he just barely avoided hitting the walls. The entire time I���m thinking ���I could do a better job!���
    The 2 men kept telling me how quick the move would go (almost like bragging) and I repeatedly replied that I wasn���t worried
    about speed; I was worried about things being done well. So I was not happy when they announced they had everything packed, but didn���t pack the couch. They then had to go to the truck and move stuff around so that the couch would fit.
    Despite all this, the 2 men were very nice. However, I was very unhappy with this experience.
    Once at the new home, I noticed that my bookshelf was newly damaged. I filed a complaint with Berman. When the furniture repair woman contacts me, I ask her if she is free April 1-7 because that is when I am off work. She tells me she does not work nights and weekends and would rather not schedule so far in advance. She asked me if I can either take off work or
    find someone to be at the house. I ask my husband to take a Friday off and he obliges but is not happy about it. The evening before the scheduled repair (March 7), I was celebrating a family birthday. Sheri called, but I did not hear my phone. When I got home that evening (around 10 pm) I listen to the message from Sheri and she says she will be at our house in the morning. There was no request to call her back, so it sounded like we were all set. However, she did not show up. Because she had my cell phone number and I did not answer that morning (my phone is always off at work), she didn���t show up. If she had told me it was her policy to only come if I answer the phone, I would have made sure to give her my husband���s cell phone, but none of this was ever brought up. I have listened to the message she left me many times and she simply stated that she would be there the next day. There is no request to call her back nor to answer the phone the next day. When we scheduled the appointment, she had said she would come and I told her my husband would be home. If she had told us her policy was only to show up that morning if we answer the phone, I would have gladly followed instructions. We eventually did get Sheri to come out and her repair work is superior. Just be sure to be on call the day she is scheduled to come out.
