    Jeff was a pleasure to work with. I was out-of-town when he performed the work so we defined all the details of what I was looking for via email and phone. He was very efficient and professional. When he delivered the sofa-chair I couldn't believe how great it looked. The work was of the utmost quality and he had evan made armrest protectors with leftover material. if you are looking for excellent workmanship and a very efficient and courteous professional then Jeff Edelstein is the person to go to.

    This was the worst experience we have had with a company.  In March of '14 my wife and I went to Ethan Allen and made a large purchase of various decorations for our house.  When discussing the purchase with our sales person, we were very clear that our expecation was that all items purchased, including those that had to be custom made, would be delivered and installed by Easter which was on April 20.  We were assurred that with six weeks they would have plenty of time to have everything ready.
    Over the next six weeks we never heard anything from Ethan Allen.  Every conversation had to be started by us calling them or stopping by the store to get an update on where things were.  WE had to call them to get the installer scheduled to come out and measure for our window treatments.  He came and was only there for about 15 minutes to measure some complex windows.  We had to call them again to find out that the other items that we purchased were in and to schedule time for someone to come out and install the pictures and other items.
    This occurred AFTER Easter which we were assured we would have our order by.  With this our window treatments did not come and the installer had to come out again because he forgot to measure one of the windows.  After MANY conversations with Ethan Allen and trying to talk to the owner, which we never were able to do and never returned our calls to speak to him, we finally in late May found out our window treatments were in and they would be out to install them.
    The same person who measured the windows in 15 minutes came out to do the install.  He quickly installed them and left the house.  When I was able to see the treatments that cost $2,000 I found that they dragged on the floor, where installed too high, and were crooked.  We once again had to reach out to them and negotiate a fix.
    They did agree to fix the treatments and they promptly came out to take them away again leaving us with no window coverings during this time.  Finally, at the end of August they came back and re-installed them once again.  This time to find that one of the pieces was not measured correctly, again.  The same installer had to take that specific piece and send it out to be re-done for the third time.
    Finally, on August 5 they returned and installed the final piece.  While the window treatments look nice and are finally what we expected, it was unacceptable that this process that was supposed to take no more then six weeks took nearly six months.  The service we received from Ethan Allen was HORRIBLE, especially for the extremely high prices that they charge.
    In the end they offered to only give us 10% off the price of the product, did not include the $250 we spent on the installer price.  For the horrible customer service, and lack of quality and caring about doing what is right for their customers, 10% was not sufficient but we decided we just wanted to finally be done with this awful company and never have to shop with them again.

    Mr. Shengle was very professional on the phone and in person.  He even  called me back twice (because I had a follow-up question).  He told me  that he tuned pianos for the Cleveland Orchestra so I expected his work  to be top-notch and so I did not check the piano's tuning before he  left.  As soon as he left, I sat down to play and realized the lowest  octave was not in tune with the rest of the piano.

    So  Im A chef  In my   business  customer serivice is very important . I went to  wayside fruniture just to look . a  very nice gentleman by the name of Gaincs  help me look . this place is extremely big, i knew what i was looking for and i  almost gave up. then Gaincs  said ( we have aonther buiding let me take you there ). so we walk next door, look around and all the way in the back i so this couch , so i sat in it i thought by the look of it it would be way over my budget , but it was not .so becuse of Gaincs  i wolk out of there with i great couch and table for  around $  700.00 , Gaincs  was not pushy very patient .extremely friendy . i highy recommend getting furniture at wasyside and asking for gaincs ....

    Bill Kap Piano Company
    I used Bill Kap for 3 moves.  The first 2 were in November 2012 and the last one in February 2013.
    The first move was of my Yamaha upright, moving it from its location on the first floor of my Lakewood home to the first floor of my Strongsville home.  I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the 2 men picked up the piano and transported it onto their truck.  Their truck has a  lift on the back which allowed them to raise it to the exact height of my Lakewood front porch so that they just rolled it off my porch onto the truck and did not have to carry the piano down the 5 stairs from the porch to the ground.   The piano arrived in Strongsville in the exact  same condition (excellent) as it left Lakewood.
    The second move  was a grand piano from Strongsville to Berea.  They also worked quickly, though moving a grand piano is a slower job since the legs have to be removed so that it can be transported on its side.  Again, the piano was transported
    in perfect condition.
    The third move was once again of my Yamaha upright.  It went from the first floor of my Strongsville home to the first floor of my new home in Copley.   Again, the piano arrived in the exact same condition (excellent) as it left Strongsville.  The only surprise here was that the price was $100 higher than the first move, but being that I neglected to ask for an estimate, this is my own fault.

    We had some old furniture from my mother-in-laws house that we wannted to get refininshed.  I selected Fred's Woodworking because he was listed on Angie's List and he was located in the city I work.  Fred re-finished an old bed and cedar chest.  Both came out as expected.  My wife and are satisfied with the quality of workmanship.
