  Its fitness center so they have weight equipment, running track indoors, basketball court, rock climbing walls and physical therapy if you need that. They have all kinds of work out equipment. They have very nice pools. The one I go to was opened in 1996 so it’s the oldest one of three and they have got some outdated equipment. They need to upgrade it the same quality equipment to their newer ones. I think it’s ridiculous that we are using equipment that is outdated and the new places have these fancy equipment. The old equipment is like first generation equipment, I never use it because it is uncomfortable and not as effective as the newer equipment.  I am also not happy with the space they provide. They don’t have enough room in the freeway area to accommodate the type of workouts I like to do. It is very cramped and they really need to consider a different revamp of the layout of the whole facility to open up some space for the freeway area and maybe relocating the kid’s area somewhere else. I am frustrated with the place; with the amount of money I am not satisfied. The other two locations are perfect. They always greet you at the front desk and they are friendly.

  I was referred here by my doctor in November and I have loved it. I was able to try the facilities for two weeks and joined after. I love the staff there and my nutritionist is wonderful. I have lost 7lbs and I am down one pant size. It's such a good feeling.

  We have been using their service for two years now. The staff is good and very pleasant. They are triple A as far as therapy center. You can use every machine available.
