    Dr. Demboski is the best and I'm also very pleased with the dental hygienists in the practice.  In contrast to some other dentists I've seen, Dr. Denboski focuses on prevention and has no interest in performing unnecessary procedures.  The office is very modern with digital X-rays and oral photography.  If there is a developing problem, the dentist or hygienist will show you the details of the situation on the screen and carefully compare observations with images from previous visits.  Simply excellent.

    Dr. Paul Kaput is very detailed, takes his time, and I think he is personable. He has got new equipments. For the most part, most of the staff is pretty knowledgeable. I know there is a recent updating done in there, so I think as far as his equipment goes, he is updated with that.

    Recently, he went for a regular dental check up. He had a very positive experience starting from getting an appointment at a convenient time, to the actual procedure, which went smoothly. He has previously had cavity fillings and a root canal procedure done by Dr. Brennan, which were quite satisfactory.

    He is very pleasant and easy going. He is chatty which is difficult to chat back when you got your mouth with his fingers. The staff is always polite and nice. You can get in quite easily if you have an emergency which luckily we haven't. We've been using his services since 1989.

    I've been going to him for 19 years and my husband has been going even longer.  He actually cleans your teeth.  All my children have gone there and they are at ease.  My son had broke his front teeth on a Sunday afternoon and he came into the office to do an emergency repair.  I called him at home directly and explained what happened and he said to meet him at his office, that was 6 years ago so relatively recent for "home-doctor" service.  For that same child he advised not doing a certain procedure until he was older.  He still hasn't had the procedure and his teeth have been fine so they haven't been capped.  I've heard of some dentists who will do all kinds of stuff just to get money.  He's very honest and straightforward. If you really need to get in they find a way but if you can wait then they get you in within reason.

    The initial work was done to prepare to take impressions of my tooth and my old crown was removed. Then a temporary crown was put in.....I could not chew on this tooth although she said the tooth was healthy. It was painful. The lab she used destroyed the first was sent back to them because it didn't fit. Then I had to undergo painful prep for new impressions and told I'd have the crown in three weeks that one had problems with the impression so I needed another one......after nine weeks wearing a temp. crown, I finally got the new one. My tooth is still painful and I'm afraid that wearing that ill fitting temp. crown has caused damage to my tooth. In the last week my temporary crown came off and I could not get hold of her for seven days...the office was closed for some reason and there was no way to leave a message. Even when I called the emergency number I did not get her to respond to a toothache message. This was a very bad experience for me and now I think I'll need more dental work after paying her over $1000 dollars for this crown.

    I went to Blue Heron because it was very convenient to my home. On my very first visit the hygienist took my x-rays then I watched a five minute video about gum health while I was to wait for the dentist, Dr. Maze. I waited 30 minutes for Dr. Maze, but the office was almost empty, there were two cars including mine in the parking lot. Once Dr. Maze finally got to me, she began checking my gums with an electronic scope that allowed me to watch everything on the television monitor. Afterward, she said I needed a deep cleaning on my next visit. When I came back for my next visit, the hygienist did a full debridement and it was so painful. She didn't even clean my teeth which was what I thought I was going in for and I never even saw Dr. Maze! They sent me home with mouthwash and toothpaste. I then received a bill for $500 which included the toothpaste and a ?hygiene instruction?, which is their way of charging me for telling me how to floss! I was never told there was an additional charge for anything I took home. I called around to various dentists and found out this was way inflated compared to area standards. It is clear Dr. Maze and Blue Heron Dentistry are more concerned about paying for their heated sidewalks and pricey equipment than excelling at patient care or even meeting an adequate standard of care.

    She took over from my older dentist. I like her because she's very professional. Her staff is very confident and nice. You only have to wait about five minutes to get in. I've never had a bad experience with her.
