  • I went to Sharon Automotive trying to save money versus the Honda dealer. The work seems to have been done well and the staff provided good service. However, the Honda dealer would have done the work the same day and Sharon Automotive took two days to perform the service and it wasn't any cheaper. So, in the future I would just use the Honda dealer again.

  • I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this store. John and his team have always taken great care of me. Let’s face it, having your car worked on is one of those things you have to do from time to time but it’s made a whole lot easier when you can trust the guys doing it. There’s something to be said for feeling comfortable that you’re dealing with guys who are honest and stand by the work they do. I’ve had everything from a simple oil change to new tires and most recently new brakes. Every time they explain exactly what’s going on and let me know exactly how much it’s going to cost and how long it will take. I leave out of there confident that I’ve received quality parts, Installed professionally and delivered with top notch service.

  • We were very happy with the result after going to Copley Collision.  Our car was involved in a minor accident that resulted in cosmetic damage to the rear bumper cover.  An insurance adjuster gave us an estimate for the cosmetic damage.  We took the estimate to Copley Collision, who told us that they would be able to do the job within the estimate, but they had a 2 week backlog of work, so we scheduled to bring our car in 14 days from then.  The evening before the appointed day, we used the drop slot to drop off the keys and left the car in their parking lot.  The next morning, we had call from them, explaining that they had looked at the car and identified that the alignment of the car also needed to be corrected.  Copley Collision contacted the insurance company directly and got the additional work approved -- we didn't have to do anything.  2 days later, we were told that the car was finished and we could pick it up.  We drove over and the car looked great.  You couldn't tell that anything had been repaired.  We also had lots of questions about what might damage the paint in the first day or two, and they patiently answered all of our questions.  We would definitely take our cars there again.

  • We had a number of surface scratches and some deeper dents. They gave me an estimate of $1,250 to repair the scratches and dents, which was right in line with a estimate I got from another shop. But unlike the other shop, UltraGloss offered to buff out the surface scratches and touch up the deeper scratches for $96. The dents would still be there but not as noticeable.  We chose that option since the car is 7 years old (2008 Nissan Altima). When we picked up the car, there were some scratches missed, but it was due to a misunderstanding. I wasn't clear that I wanted ALL of the scratches taken care of. They immediately put two men on it and quickly buffed out the remaining scratches at no extra charge. I was VERY PLEASED with the results and their responsiveness. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

  • I bought an A/C recharge from Angie's List for work at Akron Auto Clinic. AAC did the work and then told me my evaporated and hoses were leaking and wanted to charge me $1,200. I wasn't comfortable with that so I took the car to Jim to get another opinion. Copley Car Care found out the A/C was overcharged, which is bad, and they could not find any leaks at this time. Thanks to Jim and his crew they saved me tons of money. In addition if what Akron Auto Clinic told me was true Copley Car Care's price for the same work would have been $800 which is still a huge savings. Jim could have used that info and did the work anyway but he is reputable enough not to do that to his customers.

  • They performed the A/C and also told me that there was a leak and that the Evaporter and Hoses had leaks that needed replaced. Cost was going to be $1,200 which included the parts and 8-9 hours of labor. I wasn't comfortable with that price so I took it to my local garage. They found out that the A/C system was actually overcharged with freon which can be just as bad. They re-did the A/C recharge with a leak detector and could not find any leaks. They did say there could possibly be a small leak that will show up once the system is used for awhile but for now it's blowing cold and does not need an evaporated or new hoses. The only thing I would say about Akron Auto Clinic is that they got me in promptly, performed the service from the Angie's List deal, and they were very polite about the whole thing. However, there is no way based on my experience that I will ever return there or recommend them to anybody. Based on my experience and from others I have read here it appears they find stuff that is not really wrong and try to sell you more stuff.

  • Shopped all over for a set of tires. This place matched the lowest price and also gave me an out-the-door amount upfront. Started appointment on time, completed early. Coffee, cable, Wi-Fi. All in all, would go back again

  • They were fast and fit me in when I had me to be towed. My big complaint is the the price of the part was $40 higher than quoted and they never called to tell me. I could have waited until they got the cheaper part if they would have talked to me.

  • I wouldn't recommend them.  I'm a licensed mechanic in another state, so I knew exactly what needed to be done to the car.  However, they recommended work that was expensive and completely unnecessary.  Specifically, they told me the car needed new motor mounts, new transmission mounts, and a new head gasket all of which were not needed at the time.  What's more is that they wouldn't tell me the cost of the repairs because they were in too much of a rush to close the shop and go home.  Because of this I would not use them in the future.

  • It went very well. We use these guys for most of our auto needs. Usually they rotate the tires too but because the tires are worn smooth on inside edges they advised against rotating and strongly suggested new tires before the first snow. The tires have 55,000 miles on them so I know they aren't just trying to drum up business.
