Our dog Oliver cannot wait to get out of the car when we make that left turn off of Newell. He starts whining and crying to get out of the car. I roll the window down so he can stick his head out to sniff the air so he knows where we are. We have taken our pup to Sharin now for about 8 years (our boy is 9). She is fantastic - just a hoot to talk to and always has a story. She is extremely knowledgable about dogs - any question I have she almost always has an answer. We usually drop pup off in the morning, and then pick him up later in the afternoon. It's a nice little outing for our boy and he looks so handsome with his bichon fur shiny white and all fluffed out and the little bandana around his neck when he's done. He loves it there so much that I usually have to drag him away from Sharin and/or Lindsey! It is by no means a fancy place, but she and her staff have been doing a great job throughout the years and hubby and I don't trust any other groomer with our fur baby. (Note: our dog is only 19 lbs. so the price I list is for his size, $45-50 depending on how much work he needs. I also leave a tip.)

I have a service dog who needs to be groomed weekly since he goes into grocery stores and restaurants.  This could be trouble for the dog's coat.  The team at Mentor TLC uses products that enhance my dog's coat and never dry it out.  They are the first to notify me if they feel there is a growth, skin problem, or other medical issue with my boy.  I cannot express my gratitude to them for the great service the provide and the attention to my partner.

They are the best and I give them an A for everything. They don't have a problem if we need to get squeezed in, we go there all the time and our dogs love to go there. They cant wait to get in because they are so friendly. They treat the dogs very well. We have two Shitzu dogs and to get both fit in the same day is great.

We have used this kennel for several years so we had no worries about leaving our girls with them this time. When we arrived home on April 5th,we called ahead to let PW know we would be arriving in an hour. When we arrived they had belongings ready,& brought the girls in from outside. NOTHING was shared with us by staff  about any problems during their stay. On the way home we smelled a foul urine stench. At home we found our 10yo's long Basset ears were TOTALLY crusted with dried urine!! I immediately put her in the tub & found her less than interactive, staring straight ahead. The 9yo smelled better, like baby powder,as if she had been bathed. I went to bathe the 9yo & she was difficult to get in the tub. Both dogs were bathed by me the day before their arrival on April 2nd,& they had received their Heartgard & Frontline. It is possible the 9yo required bathing under the stress of a large number of dogs, due to her stranger/dog anxiety & her tendency to release her anal glands under stress. My biggest concern is that my 10yo senior girl, with significant health problems, layed in urine long enough to be covered in it! The rest of her was clean but evidently someone forgot to wipe down her ears-lucky for us!
We do not know if our dogs were subjected to rough daily bathing, thus our 9yo's reluctance for the tub, or were simply ignored for 4 days until our return, thus the urine-crusted ears.I had left with them a detailed med listing & medical history-not sure if they even read it!Don't know what went on there-doubt if my dogs were abused but it certainly seems they were neglected. The website is very welcoming but I am at a loss on how to trust a kennel!!

Love is Mobile groomed my two cavaliers.  Actual grooming was good.  Asked to just shape their slippers (feet) and she cut them shorter than I expected.  Coats very clean and silky.  She was approx 1 1/2 hrs late but called before appt to make sure that was ok.  My issue is with the price.  I had a previous grooming appt  scheduled that I had to cancel due to a medical emergency with our bird.  I called approx 1 hr before the appt to let her know about the emergency and also left a note on the door in case she didn't get the message.  Our bird died at the Vet that day.  I was charged a $20 no show fee for not being at the original appt.  I thought that was pretty harsh considering it was an emergency., I did notify her as soon as possilbe and she showed up late for the rescheduled appt.

I dropped the cat off at 9am, and picked her up by 2pm.The salon devotes one day a week to cat grooming, so my baby had their undivided attention. No knicks, cuts,or missed areas. Our little girl was so happy!!!

These folks are awesome. I've tried several groomers in the Lake Co area and these folks are by far the best. I was able to get them in the day after I called. The facilities is super clean and most important - quiet. One of my cavaliers gets very stressed when there is a lot of noise from other dogs. Even as a kennel you didn't hear a peep from the other dogs. They did exactly what I asked and both dogs came out happy with beautiful shiny coats and cute Christmas bandanas. Everyone I met was super nice. Ask for Diane - she did a great job on my cavaliers.

. I have taken my dogs to other groomers before and their facilities are not clean and they do not have the dogs caged while waiting. The services usually take an hour for them to finish.

They come to your house, they're professional, they're good with the dog and they can set up a schedule so they can come four times a year.
