  • The  doctor herself is top notch.  I had been a patient of hers for a number of years before she moved from a practice in Mentor to the Geauga Women's Specialties group and I trust her implicitly with my health.  The problem lies entirely with the administrative staff. Calls are seldom answered, messages are seldom returned, and paperwork is consistently misplaced.  I lost track of the number of times I requested that they remove me from their automated calling list since I work nights and didn't appreciate being awakened at, what is for me, the crack of dawn, by a robocall.  Even though I am no longer a patient, I STILL get these calls.
In order to make appointments, I have had to get in my car and drive to one of the practice's locations to be able to get the staff's attention.  On one occasion, their office called to cancel a surgical follow up.  I returned that call less than a minute after  the voice mail they left, only to be told by the answering service that the staff had already gone. This is typical since, no matter what time you call, you're far more likely to get the service than any actual office personnel.  I left voice mails for three days running yet no one would return my call.  Again, I had to get in my car and travel to the nearest office to make that appointment.  I ended up not being able to reschedule until some four weeks later and was left in limbo for that entire time wondering about the status of my biopsy findings.
During my final visit, I notified the doctor that, while I greatly respected her, I could no longer deal with the numerous problems engendered by her office personnel.  She was apologetic and offered to waive the copying fee in order to get my records transferred to the physician group I intended on moving to.  I should have known that even something as simple as that would get screwed up as I recently discovered that, not only was my file never copied and sent out, but that they have no record of the release I completed that day.
A final nit to pick is the hospital this doctor is affiliated with.  While Geauga Hospital seems nice enough, it's pretty inaccessible from my area unless you take local roads the entire way which makes it pretty inconvenient. All in all, there were just too many hurdles to jump for me to remain a patient of Dr. McNamara's.

  • I see Dr. Znidarsic for primary care and he is very good. The staff is very good.  They are very friendly and caring.  I have been seeing him for about ten years.  The waiting room is nice and clean.  The office is never full because they don't make double appointments.  I wait about five to six minutes before going back.

  • Had to change health insurance, and Kaiser provided the and quot;best dealand quot;. I had previously been a patient, and an employee. Everyone from my initial call seeking rates and an application, to new member services who called to welcome me and answer questions and help set up needed appointments, to the checking in process , the doctor visit, and pharmacy, were as pleasant and helpful as could be. I was impressed!

  • There are several doctors there. The doctor I came in contact with, the last time I was in there, I liked him very much. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. Their doctors seem to be very caring. They are very understanding and they will talk with you if you have any problems, and not just push you through to get you out. Regarding availability, it depends on the doctor because some of them are so busy and it takes a while to get an appointment and some you can get right away, but they will fit you in if it is an emergency. Their office environment is very pleasant. They are very punctual. Their staff, they are very friendly. They know you by name and they call you by your name. When I have been in the hospital, all the doctors have been very nice. They even have a computer system where they send you information or they can contact you through the computer and all your test results you can get right away on the computer. It is very helpful. Their treatment is very effective

  • As it is a doctor I won't go into great detail about what I went in for other than needing to find a doctor as I am new to the area.
I called to schedule the appointment and was given a first time patient appointment fairly quick (within a week) for about a 30-45 minute appointment.
She listened to every concern I had and addressed them.
The staff was super friendly and down to earth, which makes for a calm environment. The nurse was fantastic and polite.
However, she was running a bit late but I did ask prior to my appointment if she runs on time (as in my experience with Chicago doctors, they typically don't) and they were honest and said due to her listening and taking her time with patients it's common for her to run a little late. So I was OK with it.
Overall, my experience was a good one and I plan on going back for all my medical needs.

  • Overall the visit went on very well. I like everybody there. I like the staff. I like that they are relatively on time and I don't have to wait that long. They have evening hours. I've been going to them for three years now. I go there because of the nurse practitioner and I love her a lot. She is very direct and gets things done. She does not delay unnecessarily. That's what I like about her. She does not rush through and answers all my questions. She'll sit with you and talk. When she discovers something she does not delay or postpones it to another appointment. If there are any blood tests or shots to be done she does it immediately. Before you know it, a normal doctor will take three appointments to do what she does in one. The only thing is, sometimes if all your test results are okay they don't call you back as quickly as when there is a problem. They are pretty available. I would use their services again in the future.

  • The doctors skills and professionalism were excellent. I can not think of any way that the experiences could have been any better. I have fortunately had no heart muscle damage in either event due in part to the appropriate and timely diagnosis and execution of the proceedures. Their style is thorogh, direct, and to the point. Due to the critical nature of their services the office visits can be impacted by other emergency situations, however this is the exception not the rule. We have a very high level of confidence in this group as our cardiac care providers.

  • The practice is called Tri Point Medical Center. My wife is actually there. We just had a boy. She?s still there. It has nice rooms. The staff has been very friendly. The office environment is very professional. They were actually pretty booked over the weekend. We tried to get in over the weekend and they were full and then we were able to get in so the availability is fair. I would continue to use the practice in the future.
