He adjusted the furnace and saved us thousands of dollars. Ted explained the problem well and also gave us advice about how to improve our existing HVAC system.

  • I made an appointment for a specific day and three days prior to that date, I received a call that they wouldn’t be able to come when they said they would. I was getting the house ready to sell and was from out of town, so I had planned this job before getting the house and carpets cleaned. I had to scramble and find someone else to do the job.

  • GRIMESTOPPERS HAD TO COME BACK FOR A SECOND DAY DUE TO INSUFFICIENT TIME ALLOTTED. TWO DIFFERENT CREWS. FIRST CREW BETTER THAN SECOND CREW. OVERALL CLEANING WAS GOOD WITH EXCEPTION THAT SECOND CREW DID NOT ADEQUATELY CLEAN FLOORS NEAR WALLS OR IN CORNERS. WHEN DOING WINDOWS, TOOK DOWN VALANCE ABOVE KITCHEN SINK AND DID NOT REPLACE PROPERLY. LEFT HANGING. HOUSE WAS VERY DIRTY DUE TO MY VERY LIMITED MOBILITY. CAN'T WALK W/O CANE AND/OR WALKER. OVERALL, WAS PLEASED WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND MOSTLY WITH SERVICE

  • DO NOT CALL THEM ... THEY HAVE MORE BUSINESS THAN THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF... at least that is the way they act. Yesterday I called in early morning to request an estimate on a new system. The person taking the call responded by telling me how hot it was and how busy they were. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by taking the call, but said someone would get back to me. Over 24 hours later, while I was gone, someone left me a message that if I wanted an estimate to call his cell phone. I called the cell phone. It was not answered, but I left a message to call me after 4pm. The return call was never made. I understand people in this business are very busy on hot days, however, how long does it take to make a phone call and set up an appointment? I did business with this company a number of years ago. They have changed in the wrong way. They should understand the importance of a customer and that the sale to that customer begins when they answer the phone.

  • Hired this company to take care of some wasps that we had in our backyard patio. After calling around to several other companies and trying to treat on our own we were finally able to find someone to get rid of them for good! It did not take long and they were very professional. For anyone having this problem look no further.

  • After getting three estimates, I settled on Pure because Jason addressed my concerns with my roof said they would start the first week of July. That he would slip my home in between one larger project ending and another beginning. I paid $6000 of the quoted $13500 with the agreement that I would pay another $2000 when they started and the remainder at the end of the project. My roof is two-stories up and approximately 1000sq-ft of roof at an 8/12 pitch. And 100ft of gutters. First week of July: No call, No show. I figured with the holiday, and the rain, that they couldn't make it. Since Jason was going to fit my house in between a couple of projects, I don’t know when to expect him. Second Week of August: The dumpster was delivered on Tuesday. Jason called to say that they would start my house on August 6th. The dumpster was delivered on the 7th, and Jason came over on the 8th to pick up the $2000 check, and started the roof on the 9th. The only work done this week was a 8 x 10 section of roof over an enclosed porch was removed. Of this week, Jason and his crew only worked 1 day. To date, I’ve paid him $8000.00 Third Week of August: Jason and his crew didn’t show up until Thursday. He explained that my chimney was too far gone to tuck-point and that he could remove and relay 7-courses of brick for $2000. I gave him my permission to add it to the project. On Friday, they added a safety ledge to my roof to work on the chimney. On Saturday, Jason asked for $1500 to get supplies. He said he’d be back at 9:30am Sunday morning. Sunday came and they were no-call, no-show. I texted him and he said he wanted to spend the day with his family. To date, I’ve paid him $9500.00 Third Week of August: Lots of work was done to my house and a lot of supplies were delivered. However, the supplies that were delivered, aren’t the ones from the contract. I feel there’s a possible bait and switch but I need the roof on my house. Different shingles, different underlayment, OSB instead of CDX ½ plywood. I’m not crazy about the color of the shingles that he chose for me. And there’s nothing I can do about it. He’s requested payment a few times this week and I’ve given it to him. Jason has told me that he’ll be finished with my house in two days. To date, I’ve paid him $14000. Fourth Week of August: The chimney is up, but Tuesday came and went and my house still isn’t done. Jason has said that he’s waiting on his gutter guy to come. Jason has requested $550 this week in miscellaneous payments. I’ve given him those checks. To date, I’ve paid $14550. First Week of September: Jason has told me that he only needs 4-more hours to finish my house. He was no-call, no-show most of the week. Rain is coming, and only 25ft of gutters have been installed by Jason (not a gutter guy). In fact, he put it up after the sun went down. He requested another $250. To date, I’ve paid him $14750. Second Week of September: Jason keeps telling me every day that he only has “a half-days’ worth of work left and my house will be done.” He tells me this every day this week. He finishes my house on Friday. Jason and I agree to meet on Sunday to settle up. He comes in at almost $2000 more than he quoted. I’m furious about this and I let him know everything here. He explains that cost over-run is an industry standard. I told him it took six weeks to do a 4-day job. He agreed to take $500 off the total bill. Total project price is now $17,125. I pay him the final bill and after I give him the check, he refuses to hand over the invoice for the work. He said that he wants to re-write it and will deliver it on Monday. Third Week of September: The new gutters leak, I text him a video and I ask for the roof warranty and the invoice. Jason doesn’t respond to my text.

  • RJK do first-class, professional work at all times. For this project, they removed all of our old gutters and downspouts on our house and installed new gutters, downspouts and Leaf Relief gutter guards to keep leaves and other debris out. The work done was excellent, done by two of RJK's great employees, and the entire area cleaned up afterward. They had previously done a complete roofing job on our house several years ago. We would most definitely use their services again.

  • Extremely responsive from the first call. Ordered the parts. Called me when the parts were in and were able to come out same day. Technician was excellent. Even replaced the burnt out bulbs and reprogrammed all of our garage door openers. Would definitely use them again.
