    My wife brought our 2011 Terrain in for an oil change. She was told that the vehicle required an anti-freeze flush and transmission service. She was told we were two years overdue for the anti-freeze flush. Given that we service our vehicle regularly, at Classic GMC Painesville, I was astonished to hear that we had missed this service, and for such a significant amount of time. My wife went ahead and had the oil changed and the anti-freeze flush service done. This was on Wednesday, 5/23. I did not use the car on 5/24. I drove to work and back on 5/25 - a total of 14 miles. When we went to use the car today, we suddenly started receiving warning bells messages in the driver information center that the vehicle was overheating, that we needed to let it run idle, and that the A/C had to be automatically shut-down to prevent overheating. In addition the Temperature gauge was rapidly running from Midway between C and H up to H, back towards C, and up to H again. I am extremely suspicious of this overheating considering I just had the recommended, supposedly overdue anti-freeze flush performed at this dealership. This is not the first time I've had issues arise related directly to service just performed, by this dealership, on this vehicle. I have had several instances where services were performed, and required resets of gauges and/or monitors were not completed. I have also experienced services left incomplete, or not performed at all, while being assured by a service technician that they were complete. I am an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. I had issues with my last oil change and service. We gave this dealership one more chance, and once again, they appear not to have done the work correctly and or completely. My wife left a message with the dealership. I expect them to remedy this situation immediately. I further expect a full refund on a service which was expensive, and does not seem to have been done in a proper manner. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Steve and all the guys at Zaps are the best! My kids and I have been taking our cars there for as long as he has owned this shop. Steve is honest, reliable, and always does his best to get the best price for repairs. He is honest about what needs to be repaired now and what can wait. In addition, my son has bought two cars from Steve and both have been excellent cars. I will never buy a car from a dealership again as long as I know I can buy a car at Zaps! It is really good to know that we have an honest, reliable, and competent mechanic who truly goes the distance for his customers. I especially appreciate the fact that Steve takes the time to explain what is wrong with my car and what needs to be repaired and why. I always recommend Zaps to anyone who asks about a good mechanic.

    My wife took her 2012 SUV in for new brakes back at the end of December. We started hearing scrapping noises about a month later. She finally had enough and took the car back to them to look at on the last Saturday in February. They said they looked at them, readjusted some things, and said that everything looked fine. The scrapping noises got even worse after the second appointment. Finally she took the car to Midas for a "second opinion." They said that the brakes looked so bad they assumed it was original hardware! They showed us the rotors and they were completed rusted and scored from use (see attached). They said that Classic probably replaced the brake pads but only gave the bare minimum treatment to removing rust from the rotors, which then shredded the new pads. Midas also showed us the brake pads, which were down to bare metal in some spots. I don't know if Classic gave my wife the run-around because she's a woman, or maybe they're simply incompetent. Regardless, we're not going back.

    After assessing all the damage it turned out that several items were not damaged and did not need replaced and the total bill was significantly lower than even the original quote! I couldn't be happier with the service and support! I won't take my care ANYWHERE else, knowing that I would be just giving money away at these other places. Thanks again Jeffs Garage! You guys are awesome!

    I called Jason yesterday, and since it is winter, he was able to accommodate me within 24 hours. He is punctual and very professional. I was a bit doubtful about the odor being completely removed since it had 10 years of cigarette smoke clinging to all fabric, windows and whatever surface it could. The tar was like a living being. To my utter delight Jason made the car smell like new. What a wonderful job he did, in addition he loves his work and it is reflected in the job he does. If you need your car cleaned call Jason. He will surpass your expectations.

    Excellent. My son was told by a major auto repair chain store that he needed over $1,300 of work done. Feeling unsure if this was truly necessary, he brought his car to Zaps and found out the repairs he needed were actually $550. In addition to performing quality work, they operate with integrity and treat their customers with respect. I highly recommend them!

    I was very impressed that they were able to get all of our vehicles to Dallas by the very next day. I know they have several trucks running team drivers and the expedited service was unparalleled. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Since I am not well acquainted with the transport market, it was nice that after doing some research and talking to some professionals that work with moving trucks, I was recommended to Watchdog. They had more than enough insurance to cover several vehicles which made us more comfortable with our decision, especially when two were our daily-drivers we needed immediately on arrival. All in all I cannot tell you how easy this company made it to tackle something I personally have never had any experience with, and did so in an affordable and professional way.

    Dropped in with no appointment. (Had called another place to see if they could look at the tire, but went to the wrong location and ended up at Federico's). They looked at the rim, and said since it was a steel rim they could probably pound out the dent and it would be okay as long as the rim was still balanced. They said one car was just being finished up, and then they had to put tires on another. After that, probably 45 minutes, they could check out my tire. Left to get two vehicles so we could leave the car and continue our planned errands.Called later to say the rim was fixed. Saved us from buying another rim, and from worrying about our daughter commuting to college classes on a rim with a dent. Never used them before but would consider using them again.

    I'm not really responding to our last visit to Snyders but wanted to tell you our experience with this company.  We have been going to Snyders Automotive for at least 25 years.  They are the ONLY place we will have our vehicles worked on.  We have gotten to know the owner over all these years.  He is trust worthy and honest and have never known him to suggest repairs that were not needed. He has always been conscientious about the repair costs  and doesn't charge more just to line his pockets.  As the years have gone by, we have referred family and friends to his shop and they continue to use his services.  He and his employees are top notch and are excellent repairmen and are very good at diagnosing the problems with the vehicles.  I highly recommend them.
