New siding / fascia / soffits / and gutters for the entire house

Project went very smoothly and quickly. Everything was completed as promised and the finished product was better than we even imagined. Workers were all very friendly, polite, and always on time. Bradford provided a great service from start to finish and would recommend to anyone looking for exterior work to be completed.

complete roof (good) / Siding replace fail off after first high wind.

The roof estimate without insurance was lower and after knowledge of insurance charge higher fee. I was told he would replace a piece of siding that has fallen off since he got a big price for the roof for no charge. The person that replace the siding came out and put (one) nail in the middle of siding attached to nothing to hold. It fell off the first high wind. I called them and they stated since he replace it for no charge they would not come out to put it back up. The quality work when not charge is poor. I didn't asked them to do it for free. I would have paid for a better job to be done or is this the quality of work they do when it come to siding. I always say (Never hire them for siding and / NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD). My response to the company's response: It did not take me two years but rather only two weeks to pay them completely as I went into surgery after they finished the job. Also, they never put a lean on my property. I have never had a lean put on my property. They never went above and beyond in getting paid.

new vinyl siding on house

Although we ended up not choosing this contractor, I want to commend him for his professionalism, focus and the efficient way he handled the estimate process. (We chose another contractor because he offered a unique product that we wanted.) I will be keeping David's contact information for other projects that need to be done in the near future.

Roof Repair

The best! I requested for quote for fixing damaged shingles during the heavy wind that happened early this week (02/24/2019) using quote from multiple company option from Angie's List. I got few responses, but Dave from Bradford Xteriors sent me an email saying that he will stop by and take a look, after my reply, he went and found it as only a minor issue and fixed it with no charge!! He also inspected whole roof and emailed me the report!!!!

Complete Roof Replacement

Dave and his team at Bradford were terrific. Dave provided a detailed (and very reasonable) quote for a complete roof replacement. Communication prior to and until job completion was excellent. The crew were courteous, professional, and very efficient. They completed the job efficiently and expertly. We have good friends in the business and they were very impressed with their work. We would hire again without reservation. Thank you!

I had a leak on the inside wall of my attached garage

I am perplexed and frustrated that the contact person from the company did not apparently want to work with me to find the source of the leak. Initially, without examining the roof, he said he thought the step flashing on the garage roof needed replaced. That was a logical guess and the work was done in a timely manner. When the leak persisted and I had already paid 700 dollars, the same contact person backed away from pursuing the matter saying I should "check with my neighbors " in my condo community to see what they found as the source of water leakage (I mentioned other neighbors complained of leaks). I then appealed to the company's president on voice mail and a different comtact person called the next day and came and inspected the work which their company had done on replacing the step flashing. This person said he saw " voids" and reapplied new stepflashing for no extra charge. I continued to have the water leakage problem and I was turned back over to the original contact person who said he "would be happy" to help me and would be out in a couple of weeks. He did not come out so I contacted him again and he said he would "definitely" come out. That was over 6 weeks ago and he never called me back. I got frustrated and called a different company. The worker went on top of my roof with a hose spraying water on different areas and we found a window to be the source of the leak. I don't know why Bradford Xteriors (or at least my contact person ) did not want to work with me to discover the source of my problem. I hired them because of their good ratings. I would not hire them again.

The customer had multiple leaks and one was taken care of one was not in the original scope and estimate. This customer was rude and berated my staff until I got involved.
