DAllen SurveyingThe actual job of surveying my property was fine, although it was like an internet transaction in the sense that I never spoke with this individual other than to give him my property address over the phone. I came home from work one day and there were flags at the corners of my property. Received invoice, paid - end of transaction. One and a half years later, and I'm now in need of a copy of the plot layout that Allen's had done for me (I misplaced it). More than six voice mails left over a three week span, and no reply. In my last message left, I simply stated that if you can't help me, please simply let me know that. So overall, I received what I paid for, but if you want any kind of customer service with it, forget about it...- D D.

DKnott Surveying, LLCI contacted Knott Surveying LLC and spoke with the owner, Joseph, to get an estimate to conduct survey work on my property. At his request I emailed him a copy of our survey and indicated which property boundaries we were interested in having surveyed. I didn't hear anything back, so after close to a week I emailed him asking if he was going to provide an estimate. I received an almost immediate response "I attempted to do some survey work in that area a few years ago. Didn't have much luck. I don't think I'm interested in doing the work, sorry. Maybe (different survey company) has some information in that vicinity or you can continue to pursue (the original surveyor). Thanks for considering my services."- Michelle P.
