Bob Zahtilla tuned my piano which hadn't been tuned in 30 years. He did the best he could with a piano that long between tunings! I was very satisfied with the job he did. The piano sounds 100% better, even though he couldn't get it to be perfect because of the untuned time period.

Bob has helped us purchase three pianos over the last five years, performed multiple deliveries both to and from our house and regularly tunes our pianos. Beyond that, if I have a simple question, I know I can call Bob and he will always provide advice to me over the phone or via email. His service is excellent! Most recently he moved an upright piano we sold to a buyer in western Pennsylvania. ...

We sold our piano and A THRU Z?s was our buyer?s choice to pick up piano from our house and deliver to the theirs. From the time Bob entered the house it seemed that he only cares how to get our old piano out of the house as fast as he could with no consideration of the owner?s wishes. He walked in to the house like he owned the place, he did not ask which way we would prefer the piano to be moved...
