    Target Pharmacy
They are very nice people. I had called one in first thing this morning and it turned out there were no refills on it. I got a nice call back from them this afternoon that I shouldn’t show up tomorrow. They have reached my doctor. They have a shipment coming in and I should wait one more day, which is fine. I appreciated their calls so I don't go there and they don't find my prescription, but they are always very kind about that. Everybody is professional. If I have a question to the pharmacist, it’s always answered nicely. The texts are always very pleasant and professional. Their prices are good.

    St. Clair Drug
The pharmacists at Prijatel's (soon to be St. Clair Drug) are very professional and personable. They do an amazing service to the low income community in which they are located by offering nearly at-cost prices on medications for people who do not have prescription drug insurance coverage. Because their overhead is low, they can manage to offer good prices. While the pharmacy/store is located in a low income neighborhood, I feel very safe driving there and shopping there.

    Costco - Cleveland
yCharlie Crowe was specialist. Listened well to me and my symptoms and desires. Explained everything clearly.and patiently.
Tested my hearing, helped me select the hearing aid, provided a test version for me to try in the store. Ordered the instrument and a week later when it arrived adjusted it to my reqruiements. Helped me understand what I needed to do to embrace them and learn to use them.
Next visit adjusted the instruments. There is a gradual adjustment up to the point where they are optimal.
So far I am very pleased. Hearing aids are not inexpensive, but the price here was as reasonable as I have heard of for custom instruments.

    CLEVELAND CLINIC PHARMACY
Since forced to swtch to the CCF Beachwood pharmacy from my neighborhood pharmacy several years ago, obtaining my prescriptions had been difficult at best, at times a nightmare. In addition to the 20 minute drive, they are not open evenings and weekends, I am required to purchase prescriptions for three months at a time, so if a prescription is changed, there is much wasted medication. The most recent example of my difficulty with this pharmacy involved a new prescription, prescribed for me on September 9, 2013. I was unable to take the prescription to the pharmacy during their working hours and they informed me that it could not be called in by the physician, it had to be presented in person. Finally, on September 20 I contacted the physician again and the office indicated that it could indeed be called in. They did so that day and it was filled but, because it was a Friday and I could not pick it up before 5 pm, and was out of town the following Monday, I still could not start the medication. When I called on Sept.24 to make the prescription would be ready for me, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes.  It will be Weds. Sept 25 before I am able to make the trip to the pharmacy during their working hours and finally start taking the medication, 16 days after it was prescribed.

    Walgreens
The pharmacists there are nice, friendly and accommodating. They inform me by email or telephone when prescriptions are ready. They are very good about contacting my insurance company and making sure I get the best price. The people there know me and it is very personal.

    Walmart Pharmacy
My experience with Walmart Pharmacy was awful! It was the worse place I have ever been. They remodeled it and made it bigger. You wait forever for your prescription; I mean hours! They are very disorganized, and not very friendly. It seemed like nothing was being done. There were so many people behind the counter, and a lot of folks outside waiting for their prescription. I would not go there again.

    CVS Pharmacy
I have always been very impressed with the service that I have received from them. They always take the time to call me to ask if I want to renew my prescriptions. They always seem to go above and beyond some other pharmacies. They are always very helpful with their advice. I have had some very good experiences with them.

    CVS Pharmacy
I am pretty pleased with them. I go there as it is recommended through my insurance plan. They do a very good job. They have a good selection of the off brand generics which tend to save some money when it?s appropriate. They almost always have what we need if they don?t have it then they get in a day from another CVS or a warehouse. They are quick and they are cooperative. We never had any problems with them. They are efficient. There was never an occasion that the prescription was not filled properly. They are neither excellent nor bad. It is efficient the way the big corporations are.

    LEE SILSBY COMPOUNDING PHARMACY
Lee-Silsby is one of the few compounding pharmacies left in the area. They can make up special medications to suit individual needs. They are NOT part of a chain, which I really appreciate. If I need something a little unusual, they will try to find it for me. One example is that I was recently looking for the old fashioned "kaopectate" for my son. It used to be made with kaolin (a special medical grade clay) and pectin (comes from apples), and was a natural product. The modern form of kaopectate is an all new formulation of medicines, not at all natural. Lee-Silsby was able to find a company that still used the old ingredients and get it for me. They carry a number of natural products and homeopathic medicines too, along with the all the usual standard medications.
