    Target Pharmacy
They are very nice people. I had called one in first thing this morning and it turned out there were no refills on it. I got a nice call back from them this afternoon that I shouldn’t show up tomorrow. They have reached my doctor. They have a shipment coming in and I should wait one more day, which is fine. I appreciated their calls so I don't go there and they don't find my prescription, but they are always very kind about that. Everybody is professional. If I have a question to the pharmacist, it’s always answered nicely. The texts are always very pleasant and professional. Their prices are good.

    St. Clair Drug
The pharmacists at Prijatel's (soon to be St. Clair Drug) are very professional and personable. They do an amazing service to the low-income community in which they are located by offering nearly at-cost prices on medications for people who do not have prescription drug insurance coverage. Because their overhead is low, they can afford to offer good prices. While the pharmacy/store is located in a low-income neighborhood, I feel very safe driving there and shopping there.

    UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL
I think my doctor is a extremely knowledgeable, understands and listens to your problems, then fixes them. I now do not have difficulty walking. My pain level was 10 before the surgery and now is a 0. He is an outstanding doctor. I would recommed him to everyone.

UH Chagrin Highlands Health Center Urgent Care
The first time I went here, it was pretty terrible. The waiting room was dirty, the chairs were broken, and the reception staff were incredibly  unpleasant and rude. Once I was finally seen by someone (after a wait of over an hour and a half) the practitioner I saw was fine. The exam table was old and rickety, it was poorly lit. It felt more like an old motel than a modern hospital building. I had some bloodwork done and got a prescription and went on with my life. I decided I wouldn't go back if I could avoid it because the staff were so unpleasant.
I went again yesterday because it was close to my work and it was just as bad as ever. The waiting room floor needed to be swept, some chairs were broken, and the receptionist acted like my presence there was a personal insult to her. I needed help sorting my insurance out and her response was to roll her eyes at me, sigh very loudly, and then tell me there was nothing she could do. I was running a high fever, swaying on my feet, and ill enough that other people had asked if I was ok, but when I became too flustered and confused to manage the process of producing my insurance card and said I'd have to go somewhere else and find someone who could help me get in touch with them, she just shrugged without looking up from the computer and said "ok."
I bailed and went to the Cleveland Clinic's similar location in Beachwood. Ten minutes away from this one and a WORLD of difference. Clean, well-lit, and friendly. I would never go back to UH Chagrin Highlands Urgent Care if I had any other option, ever.

They are a medical miracle. The most important thing about them is that they have maintained the medical excellence for Kaiser. They have worked hard to make it more customer friendly. 98% of the Kaiser Physician have stayed.  I have received extraordinary care from skillful physicians. I am a big supporter of them. The internist and cardiologist I see are just phenomenal.

yCharlie Crowe was specialist. Listened well to me and my symptoms and desires. Explained everything clearly.and patiently.
Tested my hearing, helped me select the hearing aid, provided a test version for me to try in the store. Ordered the instrument and a week later when it arrived adjusted it to my reqruiements. Helped me understand what I needed to do to embrace them and learn to use them.
Next visit adjusted the instruments. There is a gradual adjustment up to the point where they are optimal.
So far I am very pleased. Hearing aids are not inexpensive, but the price here was as reasonable as I have heard of for custom instruments.

    CLEVELAND CLINIC PHARMACY
Since forced to swtch to the CCF Beachwood pharmacy from my neighborhood pharmacy several years ago, obtaining my prescriptions had been difficult at best, at times a nightmare. In addition to the 20 minute drive, they are not open evenings and weekends, I am required to purchase prescriptions for three months at a time, so if a prescription is changed, there is much wasted medication. The most recent example of my difficulty with this pharmacy involved a new prescription, prescribed for me on September 9, 2013. I was unable to take the prescription to the pharmacy during their working hours and they informed me that it could not be called in by the physician, it had to be presented in person. Finally, on September 20 I contacted the physician again and the office indicated that it could indeed be called in. They did so that day and it was filled but, because it was a Friday and I could not pick it up before 5 pm, and was out of town the following Monday, I still could not start the medication. When I called on Sept.24 to make the prescription would be ready for me, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes.  It will be Weds. Sept 25 before I am able to make the trip to the pharmacy during their working hours and finally start taking the medication, 16 days after it was prescribed.

    Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
This is the primary insurance provider that we use for our family, which includes three small kids (ages 1 through 7). It is a PPO that is bundled with a HSA (health savings account). I have noticed that there are a few types of tests that were covered under our old provider (ANTHEM Blue Cross Blue Shield) that are not covered under the PPO, but they are minor. Almost everything is covered.
Our plan is a high-deductible, low-premium plan, which suits us fine as we use the doctor quite frequently. After running the numbers this came our on top, especially since my employer kicks in an extra $1,000/year to our HSA for using this plan.
Using the plan we can use pretty much any doctor. I've never had this insurance rejected by anyone that was a licensed practitioner proving a valid medical benefit.

    University Hospital Ahuja
They were absolutely excellent at Ahuja! For someone who is unable to speak, they provided the best care to my son. They were compassionate and kind and very good about answering any and all questions I had. I cannot say enough about how well they treated my son. It is also a very clean hospital that does things in a very organized way. Everything from nutrition to social services, they were A-rated.
