    Anytime Garage Door
We called Anytime Garage door on a Sunday for service. The service provided was prompt and excellent. We decided to purchase new garage doors. Avis knowledge and assistance in the selection process was extremely helpful. The installation was very professional and quality workmanship was noted. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend Anytime.

    Smooth Door
This was a terrific experience. I called at 8:00 am, got a call back five minutes later, and Mark, the technician, was at my house by 8:15. He quickly diagnosed the problem - the front of the rail had snapped out of its bracket - and devised a repair that was much better than the original install. Quick, professional work. Very pleased! And the price was reasonable, as well.

    Anytime Garage Door
I called on a Saturday and Avi came out the next day, Sunday, to see if my garage door could be repaired. Because it was a very old wooden door, the wood had rotted, making any repair unlikely to last. Avi recommended replacing the door, which we agreed to, and he gave us various options for the replacement. He called back on Monday to tell us that the door we wanted was in stock and that he could replace the door on Wed. Avi and his assistant did a great job, removing the old rotted door, tracks, and other hardware. Despite the challenges of installing a new door in a very old, very uneven garage, they were able to get the new door installed and did not charge extra for the additional work and time, which included added a new, matching frame for the door. We were very happy with Avi's responsiveness. Great work, would definitely hire him again.

    The House Doctors
House Doctors performed quality work for a very reasonable price. The wok was completed efficiently and all areas left clear. I ha Ltd a challenge finding a contractor to complete these small jobs, but Mike came out and assured me that they could get it done. Mike came out to review the work completed by his employee (Mark who was very good at his work), and ensured everything was completed to y satisfaction before I had to settle the bill. I would hire them again for any project I have in the future.

    Precision Overhead Garage Door
It did not go well. The person that arrived was Jeff Oly They came out and kept adding costs to things that needed to be done. I just wanted the roller repaired and they kept trying to sell me a new door. They said they do not do repairs and only replace doors. This is contrary to what they told me when I called them. I talked to them twice about this. It went from a $20 repair to a $3000 estimate. The door was not in need of replacement and I did not hire them to do any work. I felt like this was a classic bait and switch and I will absolutely not call them back again.

    Precision Overhead Garage Door
Terrible. I had been using this company exclusively to service garage doors at my rental properties for the past 6 plus years. They are on the expensive side but I kept using them because they had good customer service and made quick repairs that I had mostly been happy with. However I called them today (Saturday) early afternoon after being alerted by my tenant that the door fell on his car. I made it clear to the company that I was out of town and needed to find someone who could come without me needing to be home (the tenant was available to meet them) and I was available by phone. The person on the phone was able to schedule me for an ER call to have someone come out today between 8pm and 10pm. The technician John called me while I was still on the line with the company rep. When I called him back he said he wanted to fit me in sooner as he was on my side of town. I said great. He said he'd be there in 1-2 hours. Fast forward 2 hours later I miss a call from John and when I call him back he says he can't come out unless I agree to purchase a door from him. I ask him how much a new door is, he says he doesn't know, maybe $1,400. This is with no one seeing or evaluating anything. They were trying to force me to buy something without even coming out to the property. And they couldn't give me a hard figure on a new door either. I'm furious, I just wasted 2 hours. I had them out to the property back in the fall when one of the other garage doors at the same property was accidentally hit by another tenant. At that time the tech was able to get the door on its hinges and suggested that the door, in his opinion, needed to be replaced. I paid the service fee and since then have been working with our city to find out how to go about replacing that door as it is no longer made and there are three other doors on the garage. Replacing just one door would stand out and thus get flagged by the city. Now that a second door seems to be having a problem I was fully prepared to buy at least two new garage doors, possibly 4. But there is absolutely no way I will be giving Precision Door my money. Immediately after being told by John, the tech on the phone, that he was told by his boss that they couldn't come out without us agreeing to buy a new door, I called the main phone number to Precision Door again. When I spoke to the woman over the phone she said there were no notes in the file and so she didn't know what was going on. She said there would be no reason after getting an okay to send the ER service that they would then rescind. I asked her if there was a way to put another technician on the job. She put me on hold and then said no. She said she left a message with a supervision and that they would be calling me. Its been over a half hour and I've still heard nothing. No one in the office can answer why the technician would be told to refuse to come out without us agreeing to pay for a new door and the technician refuses to come out without doing so! I have 5 properties in the same city, with 11 doors, and I will absolutely be taking my money elsewhere!

    Anytime Garage Door
Avi came with a partner. They were pleasant and professional and said it would probably be approximately $200 to repair the door. They said they had to pick the lock (they are also locksmiths) and that a particular part was frozen. The door was operable within 5 minutes. No new parts were required. I thought the price was extremely high given that they didnt have to put on new parts. Lesson learned!

    Homenik Door Co Inc
Great. The guy that came out had 30+ years experience and had seen many of the old heavy wooden garage doors that are typical in Cleveland Heights. He took ours down and put up a new one. We needed additional track hardware because of the height limitations of the garage, which was all quoted out before hand. I would use them again for sure!

    Northeast Ohio Renovations
It took me a long time to find someone who would be understanding to our needs. He understands that not everyone is made of money and accommodated us on the unforeseen dollar amount. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks, Jennie

I had hired Tri County a couple of years ago when a spring broke in one of my garage doors. At the time, the serviceman said that I should probably replace both doors soon, as they were in pretty bad shape. I finally decided to do it this summer and called Tri County. They were great throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be happier with my new doors. Thanks!
