    I highly recommend PressureMax. The owner of the company, Jeff Pitman, came to the house the same day I called. Jeff was prompt, knowledgable, explained the process in detail, and provided a reasonable estimate. He completed the job the next day. The Northwest side of my house had a lot of algae. When I arrived home from work it was like coming home to a new house. Jeff is very professional, personable, and easy to work with. We also hired him to pressure wash my mother's house. It was a total transformation on both homes! He provided great communication throughout the day, providing before and after photos. Would definitely hire again!

    It did not. Was contacted promptly by email requesting my phone number which I responded to. Eight days and 2 more emails from me requesting to make appointment, I got a call from "Josh". Josh scheduled job for 9:00 am Sept 5 but did not show by 9:30. I called; left message and he called back that it was too wet. Rescheduled for 9:00 am Sept 6. Again, 9:30 came around and I left a message. No reply and no show. All in all very bad experience with vendor. Prompt refund made by Angies List on Sept 5.

    Ordered & paid. Were told it would be in in a week to 10 days. A month & a half later still did not have it. We would call weekly to check the status & would be told it should be in on Friday, Friday would come & no call. They would typically not answer the phone unless we blocked our numbers or called from a different number. One young lady called my husband back when she said she would. John, a new salesman, was helpful & when i called after a month & 1/2 & said i was DONE, he immediately refunded my money. I ordered the downdraft from another store on Saturday, had it in my house the following Wednesday. Overall, the worst customer service we've had in a long time. Shop elsewhere.

    quick, efficient. Big problem was they limited the amount of ducts and said, after arriving, they'd charge us an extra $9 a duct. No where in the advertising or in phone conversations was this mentioned. I thought it was very shady..

He is patient and able to explain a complicated product so that we could make a good decision. The work was done on time. We had the system operational by June 1, and did not pay any electric bills until Dec.

    Called to get estimate on price for pest treatment. I had an appointment scheduled and never showered. I have used them before and their pricing when up 30% or more from pricing last year. Now they aren't answering my phone calls.

    Had an appointment scheduled and didn't show up with no call. I called several times to reschedule, and they did it again. Then after 10-15 calls before I got a hold of someone. After I set up the appointment, I started asking questions about the process on the rodents that need to be removed. I told them I don't want any baiting, just trapping to have the animals removed. I asked for a warranty in writing. I waiting on an email with the warranty, they started running around in circles about giving me it before coming out. I never got one emailed to me, they never showed up the day of the appointment. I can't ever seem to get a hold of them. They told me I was "red flagged" for non payment in their systems. They never even paid them for any services.

    On July 21st I asked for an estimate for installing a utility sink in my garage. They had someone call me back and ask that I text him the specifics for the job. I have since followed up once via text and twice via phone but no call back or estimate has come our way. I am now looking for another service provider.

    All About Hardwood
    We went on vacation and left the house to them.  When we returned, it was done with minimum mess.  (You do need to clean off walls, everything in the room due to dust, but it wasn't excessive).  They came out ahead of time to carefully look at the job.  They personally mixed up a stain repeatedly until we approved the color.  They used a very hard commercial urethane because of the wear our dogs give the floors (unavailable from other refinishers).  The patch in the floor was invisible and I love the new wood vents.  I"m only sorry I didn't replace all of them.  Their price was very competitive and the resulting finish was gorgeous.  I highly recommend them for any work involving hardwood floors.
