    Due to a large remodeling project, I've been in contact with many contractors recently. With that said, I signed up on Angie's List just so I could leave a review for Arick and Sons. These guys were excellent. They showed up when they said they would (actually 15 minutes early), got to work right away, were pleasant to talk to, and completed the job in a timely manner. I was more than impressed with the work they completed and would highly recommend them for any insulation needs.

    They came out and they did the work.  It was fine initially and then in a very short time the stuff that they put around the doors fell off.  I filed a complaint and they sent me a refund of half of my money.  They told me that they trouble with that anyway.  Their professionalism and responsiveness were fine.  They were prompt with their communication.  They were honest.

    when had shower installed was to be 1 day maybe 2 turned into 3 also had contracted for 1 amount and when installer took out tub said was problem that turned into another $600.00 which we had to do as tub was out and bathroom was mess at this point We had just had the bathroom redone from the 2/4's out and everything was new so this was quite a shock when was doing the shower.
     within month had problem called company,said had to take pictures and fax to them which I did was until 2 weeks before warranty expired, 8/2012, before came to fix problem. Installer admitted forgot to caulk one end of shower seat I ask about water behind seat and he said no way that could happen. Within month had same problem back called , these calls were not one but many along with number of emails. we were until May 2013 before someone came to fix seat, was sent a different installer he realized we had a big complaint and as office manager said would cost us $75.00 fee for him to come I told him would not pay it. He said didn't blame me when he went in to fix seat saw was a real problem had to take seat out said would have to get new seat and the office would call first of week to let us know when it would be fixed. We got no call, my husband called wanted to talk to office manager in that conversation it sounded like he hadn't even ordered the new seat at this point we lodged a complaint with the BBB. The BBB got back to us saying that the manager said would be 2 to 3 weeks before seat in and fixed I agreed to this along with wanting them to guarantee this for at least another 6 months that wasn't said. Then about 4 weeks later called seat was in but when installer went to pick up to install manager had ordered wrong seat. So now we have waited another 3 weeks or longer to get the seat repaired. They finally came 8/2/2013 and installed the new seat he told us he felt they would cover it for a year. So far has been in for 3 days but problems usually occurred in about a month so will wait and see what happens.
    the question we have been ask is why did you change after doing a new bathroom and it was very simple the health issues of my husband made it impossible for him to use a tub and as I was having surgery knew we needed a company that could do 1 day installation.
    In conclusion I must say the girl I talked to at the Company was always very nice and she tried very hard to take care of us and the second installer was also very understanding of the frustration we were going thru he apologized for the way we would handled by the manager but we knew his hands were tied as to being able to order correct parts.
