APlatinum Home Exteriors LLC.Steve was great to work with from start to finish. His experience allow us to have a metal roof on our 130 year old farmhouse like we’ve talked about for years. He and his crew identified/repaired some problem areas needing attention with some rotted areas from a bad drip edge, pulled and replaced the gutter for proper drainage, even put the basic gutter guards we’ve been using back on before I could ask what would happen with them. Also, got us scheduled in before the tough months of winter and Spring rains could cause any further damage. Very pleased with the work and project results. Thanks again, Steve and crew!- Eric I.

AShield Exteriors Metal RoofingThe material was delivered and put where we asked it to be left and shortly afterwards 3 nice guys showed up and laid out the material and went to work. They did a wonderful job and were done in about 5 hours for the whole roof. They cleaned everything up and had the pile of trash for the next man to come and pick it up the same day. There was nothing at all for us to get rid of. Everybody involved with this has been very nice to deal with in person and on the phone.- Cindy L.

AKlaus Roofing did an excellent job on the new roof. From taping the seams and 6 ft up of underlayment protection from the edge, Valentine and his crew did a super job. He found the source of the leak from a previous roofer which screwed up the flashing. I was up on the roof during the day and could see they knew what they were doing. 30 year warranty

AI first met the Jeff Ours, owner of JLS Contracting in the summer of 2014. He and his crew installed a new metal roof on my house and garage that year. Which I am still very happy with. He and his crew were always on time, worked diligently from the time they got here to the time they left for the day, took a minimal amount of time for their lunch, always policed up the area at the end of each day, were always professional, polite, and considerate. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with them and the quality of their workmanship, that I invited them back again this year for a series of projects. Again, Jeff and his crew proved to be one of the best in the business, and all of the above still held true. Jeff is a very professional, down to earth person. He listens attentively to my concerns and future project goals, tactfully provides his professional opinion and offered some great advice and suggestions. Any questions I had about anything before, during or even after the project was complete, he has always been very prompt to address them. His rates are competitive, reasonable and the high quality of workmanship is unsurpassed. This latest project included installation of new siding for my house and garage, installation of 11 new vinyl replacement windows, replacement of 3 storm doors, one entry door, demo of one concrete porch and one wood deck and stairs, creation of new front porch, porch roof, and railings, installation of new garage overhead and single-entry doors; house gutter redirects and some replacements. removal and replacement of badly deteriorating sidewalks and steps. The cost of this series of projects was worth every penny. The outside of my house has been truly transformed. If you want true quality work done by people you can trust, these are the people to contract with.

AFrom the point of contact to the city inspection this project went really well. The electrician who did the bulk of the installation was great. The installation was done in February in Cleveland so this was not easy. There was one delay. The connection from the panels to the rest of the system had to be revised. They handled getting approval from our cities Architectural Review Board, getting the building permit, final approval from the city and all the communications with the utility. We love our system.
