    Collision Express of Ohio Inc
Collision Express repaired my 2010 Cadillac XTS after it was rear ended by a driver without any insurance!!!  I thought I was going to pay my $500 deductible as a result of the lack of responsibility by the other driver but I was wrong.  Not only does my car look GREAT but they were able to work with my insurance (and find damage they missed on the estimate) as well as SAVING MY WHOLE DEDUCTIBLE!  They were able to perfectly match Cadillac's metallic pearl white.  I can't even tell there was ever any damage!  Jack and Rob provided A+ customer service and kept me informed throughout the entire process!  Thanks again Collision Express, I will be back in the future if I need repairs but I hope not!  Thanks again guys, all of my friends and neighbors will hear about the great work you do!

    SOMMERS PAINT & BODY SHOP
I loved Sommer's! The guy who helped me was very nice and thorough. I simply needed to get estimates for repair for my insurance company after an accident. I went to four places in town, and had I chosen to get the body work done (I took the insurance money instead), I would've chosen Sommer's to do the work. The other places I went in town just looked at the car in a very cursory way and wrote up an estimate. Sommer's got under my car, checked inside, under the hood, took pictures, and had an actual conversation with me about how the whole process for insurance repairs would work. He explained that the estimate depended on the insurance company because some providers want you to use after-market products, while others are okay with original products only. He gave me a solid estimate and explained what it all meant, and then told me to call him if I had any more questions about the process. I also noticed a bible verse on his desk, and while we didn't talk about religion at all, that did make me trust him a bit more. While I can't speak to the quality of bodywork that Sommer's does, I thought they were very thorough and seemed trustworthy and honest. As a single woman, I am always worried about going to mechanics alone, but he made me feel at ease.

    Perfection One Collision Center
I went to this company for an insurance estimate. The gentleman who helped me was a bit rushed and abrupt, but he wasn't rude, and he seemed to know a lot about auto body repair and the insurance process. He answered a lot of questions for me. My one complaint is that he didn't actually give me an estimate. When I told him what I was there for, he basically talked me out of getting an estimate. He said that it was impossible to give a good one until they actually could get into the car and see all of the damage. I really only needed an estimate for the insurance company because I knew I wasn't going to get the repairs done (my car wasn't worth the effort)... I just needed the estimate to get an amount for the check. I can't fault his logic... I appreciate that they wanted to provide a thorough repair and didn't want to lock themselves into a certain amount if more damage was found in the repair process, but it seems that an auto body shop that does estimates would know that this happens. But they weren't getting paid for the estimate, so, again, I can't really fault them.

    Chillicothe Body Shop
After an accident, I got several repair estimates from local body shops. Of the 4 that I went to, I was the least impressed with the Chillicothe Body Shop. The man that did the estimate was not very friendly, and when he walked out to look at my car he just glanced at the damage for about 5 seconds and turned around and went back in to write the estimate. He didn't speak to me, the office was very cluttered and messy, and he handed me the estimate without any explanation. After comparing his estimate to others that I received, I found that he overlooked a couple of major items that would need repair, making the estimate nearly $600 less than what my other estimates said.
While I did not have any body work done here, I do not recommend them. They were not thorough in my estimate, and I doubt that speaks well to their ability to be thorough in their repairs, either.

    ALEXANDER'S BODY SHOP
While they were about a week slower than they originally estimated, saving over $700 compared to other estimates and receiving a high quality repair was well worth the wait.
