Instead the serviceman, Joshua, called to make sure I needed the service and approximately what it would cost to repair it. Instead, Joshua knew what the issue was and told me how to repair it myself. It's not so much that I got away without paying a minimal service charge, it's that I found a contractor I could trust. (Whole house) There was a minor mix up with a door lock, (we wanted all the exterior door locks to have the same key), but we never had to pay anything until the correct one arrived. AMike Vecchio from The House Doctors is an absolute pleasure to work with. One of the few companies who actually came through with an estimate for a major rehab of my screened-in porch and other items. Mike's team (Mark and others) arrived when promised and worked on this job for several weeks until it was completed to my satisfaction. There were many facets to the job and the team was communicative throughout ensuring I was in agreement with everything they did. They even constructed a custom doggie door as part of the project! Reliable and trustworthy. I recommend The House Doctors.

FCalled for an appointment and scheduled a visit. Rep showed up did a nice job and promised a quote. Then no quote, then a phone call, then no quote, then a phone call and follow up text messages. Then no quote. Then a phone call and excuses and no quote. A complete waste of my time. Just straight up tell me you are too busy and save me the frustration!

DI'm really upset and hurt to have to write this review. I've been a customer with Home Exteriors for more that 25 years. I contacted them to replace my roof and skylight that they installed 25 years ago. Mark came out to look at it and set everything up. The project was completed in August and I gave them an excellent review and they deserved it. They were also going to install my patio door. That job was to be done in September. Mark and I were in constant contact about the door. It didn't happen in September but I spoke to Mark the end of October and I was told that I'm next in line and I will be getting a call from David within the next two weeks. That call never came. Several calls and texts were made to Mark but no response. In December I called the office and spoke with David since he's doing scheduling and asked about my install. He told me that it won't be until Spring or maybe Summer. This is totally unacceptable since I've been waiting since the summer. I asked if he could talk to Mark since Mark is the one I made the deal with and please have him to call me. I also called and texted Mark with no response. I called the office and left a message for him to call and no response. It's now January and I haven't heard from anyone at Home Exteriors. I understand that things happen and we get behind schedule but I also know that my door doesn't have to be ordered and is sitting in the warehouse. I don't feel that I should have to beg a company to do business with me. That's what I felt like because I'm constantly calling, leaving messages, and texting and nobody's responding. This is how they treat a longstanding loyal customer.. It really pains me to leave a negative review but it's obvious Home Exterior doesn't want my business so I have no choice but to find another contractor and for this reason I will no longer recommend Home Exteriors.
