I called several companies, and getting a timely response was like pulling teeth. I called Seth and his company blindly,, and could not be happier! ANature's Beauty Tree Service LLCQuickest response ever from any tradesman I have ever contacted. Ow er if business was here to give an estimate if cost before I could say "Go Browns!" Price quoted as very fair. Owner said he could d have his crew over in a shorti time since they were in the area. I agreed. Fifteen minutes later three trucks showed up and the guys got to work. Had our backyard cleaned up in no time! I was so eased to have our yard and driveway functional again after weeks of looking at downed branches and chunks of trees. AHemlock did a beautiful job cleaning up and pruning my mother's backyard. The work they did was transformational. Hemlock is professional. They listen to your needs and wishes and work hard to make them happen. Also, their knowledge runs deep and I thought their prices were very fair. I would highly recommend!

AFrancisco and his crew exceeded all of our expectations. He responded very promptly and did exactly what he said he would do, which is often not the case with many other contractors. We talked often and I always understood what the next was throughout the entire project. He was patient, providing us several quotes for various options, and was very knowledgeable with offering solutions particularly to solve our issues with standing water and potential flooding issues in our backyard. The paver patio he installed is gorgeous and we could not be happier with the results. We no longer have water in our yard and can sleep at night knowing we will not be waking up to water in our basement. Overall it was a very positive experience and refreshing to work with a contractor who was respectful, reliable and honest.

DI’ve been a customer with parks trees for years and have always had a good experience from them, this year one of their snow plow drivers slid off the driveway and hit our garbage can and a bush in our front yard, not a ton of damage but I wanted to reach out and let them know about it. Their office rep emailed me and said the driver did acknowledge that he hit the garbage can but not the bush so I sent pictures showing the one set of tracks in the yard and the minor damage to the bush. I was expecting them to just apologize and figure out how we would handle the damages once the snow melted. Instead I got an angry call from the owner of the company saying that we had left a nasty review on Facebook and called their driver a liar. Neither were true, but when I tried to ask him about what he was talking about he abruptly told me they were reimbursing me for the contract and cancelling our contract. I am extremely disappointed in the level of professionalism and customer service from the OWNER OF THE COMPANY! He should really leave all customer contact to his office manager as he was extremely disrespectful and irrational. I will be contacting all of the people that I have referred to let them know about this issue so they know not to even bother calling them.

ANino Baffa has the innate ability to see, envision, plan and execute difficult landscape projects. The rebuild and repair he completed cannot just be taught. It comes from his knowledge base within. The project was completed to the absolute highest standard. It came out as I had imagined and exceeded my expectations.
