DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Mark replaced a tin roof with asphalt shingles, enclosed a 16' x 20' deck and connecting side porch 8' x 24'. Windows and doors were installed, finished drywall, electrical work, and built a recessed entrance way. Mark's estimate was less than half of the 3rd estimate I had obtained. He is prompt, polite and trustworthy. He started the construction on 4/8/13 and it was completely enclosed with the roof on within one week.  We are waiting on the bay window and the custom flooring from the mill to finish the job.  I cannot say how pleased I am with the work he is doing. I would recommend Mark to anyone that wants quality work from someone that knows what they're doing and is honest. The above price of $17,000 includes materials and labor (except the custom made flooring, which we changed after the estimate was given). Simply fantastic!! DO plan to pay for your materials separately from the labor so it's good to have an account at the lumber store and add your contractor to your account so he can order and have supplies delivered.
