    George Knotek
Our piano had not been tuned in who knows how long. George determined right away that this was going to be a heck of a project for him. I already had figured that out before I called him. Anyway, George was totally professional, and set to work right away. Our piano sounded awful, and when he was tuning it, it was abundantly clear how bad we let it get. It ended up taking two times up and down the scale, and about 2 hours, for the piano to be tuned. The piano sounds 1000% better in my opinion. I would recommend George to anyone who needs their piano tuned. He was courteous, professional, and explained what he thought needed to be done before he started, and continued to explain as he dug into the project, and kept finding more stuff. He didn't make us feel bad about how much we had mistreated this musical instrument, he just went ahead and did the best that he could do to fix the problems. We will have George back out in 6 months to re-tune our piano, and then yearly after that. Georges rates were very reasonable also. The whole project only cost $165 + tax I thought this was well worth it, considering how bad it sounded before, and how good it sounds now. Thanks George, we appreciate all your hard work.

WARNING: DO NOT CHOOSE TWC AS YOUR PROVIDER!!!
I had internet, phone, and TV service from TWC.  They made a billing error and did not register a payment I made to them.  They then cut off ALL of my services WITH NO ADVANCE WARNING!!!  The incompetence of the people who work for TWC is beyond belief, but their cruelty - there is truly no more accurate word for it - makes this a company to avoid at all cost.
I tried to resolve this matter by sending emails to them; I never received any response.  I filed complaints with the BBB; they never responded to them.  (Check the BBB online to read the staggering number of complaints filed against TWC.  And they aren't even members of the BBB.  I wonder why?)  I tried chatting with them online; they continued to repeat that I owe them money, even though my Discover Card records clearly show that they were paid and even though my account AS VIEWED ON THE TWC WEBSITE shows they received the amount in question.
If you want to get a sense of how truly incompetent TWC is, consider that after they turned off service to my home, their billing department repeatedly CALLED THE NUMBER THEY HAD TURNED OFF to ask me for payment!!  (I know this only because the left the voice mail active, and I thought to check the voice mail.)  They have both my email address and cell phone number, yet never thought to contact me either of those ways.
It turns out that this was actually a wonderful development.  I quickly got Windstream service for phone and internet, and they are less expensive than TWC.  But the real gift was discovering the a Roku device (only $80-100 as a one-time purchase) or an Apple TV device get about a thousand stations.  If we add a Netflix subscription (only $9/month) to that, we can watch any movies we like.  We can watch local TV live by adding an indoor antenna (check Amazon for indoor antennas, and read the reviews to find out how easy they are to use and to learn about web sites like tvfool.com that will tell you what kind of antenna you need).  We can watch network TV shows when they are using the antenna, or we can subscribe to Hulu Plus (only $8/month) to watch the shows the day after they air.  We are now going to save about $50 month just by not having TWC TV service, and we can still watch everything we want to see!
There are plenty of options out there.  Google "cable cutting" to read about all the people who cut their cable service, saved a lot of money by doing so, and gave up nothing in the process.
WARNING: TWC is a company without a conscience or soul.  Deal with them at your own risk!

    MOUNTAIN ROAD CYCLES
Had a great experince here. They were helpful and polite. My boyfriend and I went in to get the inner tube on 1 of the tires for his bike fixes (it was a Thursday) they told us it what the price would be (really inexpensive) but, unfortunetly due to lack of funds we wouldn't  could pay for it that day and said we would come back tomorrow with the bike and money. They said it wasn't a problem and fixed it right then and there and said that we could just drop the money off tomorrow (which we did). We left with a fixed bike and was very pleased with this place would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Leaders Moving & Storage Co of Northeast Ohio
They were very prompt, curtious, and careful with my furniture.  I would use them again and recommend them for your move and or storage. They arrived on time and took great care packing all the furniture into their storage bins.  They even moved something next door that I could not move myself.  The fact that they were on Angie's list helped me decide to use them.

    Geauga Music Center Inc
My daughter was only five at the time so I think it was too soon for piano lessons, but we did give it a try. They allowed us an introductory lesson before signing up for classes. They were very patient and flexible. Her instructor did identify with her and did allow her to be a five year old. The instructor was very courteous and kind and did a very good job. They are a little bit aloof in the front room. They have a cat in the room but they don't allow anyone to touch the cat. They do a great job with the music lessons and the price is fair. I would rate them overall an A.

    TIME WARNER
Last time I talked to the staff at Time Warner they actually helped me by giving me better service for the same amount of money that I had been paying. It is valid for a few months before I start paying the normal charges. The customer service is good. I would use them in the future.

    Geauga Regional Hospital
Everyone in the hospital including the people who were coming in to give me blood tests, breathing treatments, changing cat scans, changing my sheets, the nurses, the lab people, etc were very caring and very nice with me. They relieved my fears. I was absolutely paranoid as I thought I was not going to wake up after the surgery. I had to wait for 12 hours in the emergency room before I was admitted. There was a lot of waiting to do for the tests to be done. We had a little bit of problem with the billing department as they entered the wrong social security number for the sponsor. The payment used to get refused. We had to keep resubmitting it.

    ALLTEL
ALLTEL'S CELLULAR PHONE SERVICE WAS NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY CLAIMED. WE COULD NOT GET SERVICE IN OUR HOME, AND SERVICE WAS CONSTANTLY DROPPING. MY HUSBAND WAS TRAVELING IN FLORIDA AND COULD NOT GET ANY SERVICE ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE STATE, AND HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO BE ABLE TO CALL HOME. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE THE COVERAGE THEY CLAIM TO HAVE.
