    EXPERT TECH AUTOMOTIVE
It went great... it takes a few hours to have the Fluid Film applied, especially the first time on a new vehicle. It may not take as long the next time, I was told... but I will find out on my next visit this summer.

    JUNCTION AUTO SALES INC
According to Chrysler, Junction Auto refused to cooperate and provide them with paperwork (to include photos) of my Jeep when it was published for sale (which would have shown the mismatched rim). I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office after the General Manager made several offers which would still penalized me financially for THEIR overlook. Junction Auto replied to my complaint with the Attorney General pretty much saying that the Jeep sustained the damaged once sold and off their lot and whoever did the work, did the bad work - and this reply was supposed from Mr. Ed Babcock. Ending the reply to the Attorney General, Mr. Babcock stated that he would reach out to me to discuss further things....a month later, I'm still waiting but won't be holding my breath. Service Department is neglectful - I originally took my Jeep in for service (13,000 miles)?cause of the loud road noise I was hearing coming from the rear of my Jeep. Junction had the Jeep for 2 days and couldn't find the issue but wanted me to spend $800 on new tires cause the right rear tire was significantly warped. I took my Jeep to Firestone after finding out my tires were still under warranty. Firestone found all the aforementioned?issues when they replaced the old tires with the new tires.? Junction Auto did immediately make good by replacing the mismatched rim with a matching rim. However when I took my Jeep in for the installation of the new rim, the Service rep was complaining about the male customer that had just dropped off his Jeep before mine. The Service rep was calling the male customer a "whiner". Talk about unprofessional. Last time I will TRUST a dealership believing that they're selling me a NEW vehicle with all the right equipment. Shame on your Junction Auto for taking ownership for selling me this Jeep! And if the control arm and tire/rim was replaced after I purchased this Jeep from Junction Auto, why would I be leaving negative feedback about my experience with Junction Auto?

    Geauga Unibody Collision Repair Center

He was great. the service was done in a timely manner. He also worked with the insurance company to cover all repairs, even though the insurance company didn't include all in the original estimate.

I was glad to see he was working in our best interest.

    Geauga Unibody Collision Repair Center

This was the second service to two different cars in the space of 30 days.  Service was excellent.  John actually talked me out of having a more expensive repair done to one of them.  His suggestion saved me several thousand dollars and the results were still outstanding.  Highly recommend Geauga Unibody and would use their services again without hesitation.

    Dave's Auto Care
In Fall of 2014 my 1991 Mustang Convertible failed to pass echeck. The mechanic I normally use tuned the car up, which was long overdue and replaced a sensor which logically would have been bad in response to the the readings that were failing the test. This did not solve the problem and the 2nd test showed near identical results to the first failure. I received a one year waiver but do to new Ohio EPA rules the car must pass the final echeck before the 25 year old exemption was to apply. I was referred to Dave's Auto Care from the approved repair facility list on the Ohio EPA website. They took a very systematic approach to solve the problem. In this case they had to dig deep. It was a time consuming process in which the manager Jim Kastl kept me constantly updated. Because of the car's age it was necessary to wait a day or 2 for parts to be located on more than one occasion. Although this was an expensive repair I believe the charges were fair for the time and expertise invested. I am sure the vast majority of repair facilities in in area would not have been able to repair this problem. Upon picking up the car I was pleased to find the car thoroughly cleaned and even more pleased to find that they had taken the car for the echeck and presented the passing certificate.

    Conrad's Tire Express Heisley

Beware this particular Conrad's tries to gauge you as hard as they can and quotes work you do not need!

I brought truck in for new front shocks and asked them to look at the suspension. They called me and said the repairs would be around $3,000! I asked to see the repair estimate. They wanted to charge me $168 per ball joint. Put 4 new tires on the truck and front shocks. For anyone who knows ball joints are about a $30 part!  I obviously did not have the repair done. there.

I took the truck to my mechanic who informed me my ball joints were not even bad. He put top quality shocks on the truck did a steering adjustment and had me out the door for $347.  Do your homework and don't trust Conrads or you will get cheated.

    SEARS
Warranty people are A&E Factory service....Still haven't fixed it.  They ordered so many parts because they were guessing at what the problem was.  Makes you wait 2 months to return and fix it.  Meanwhile, it is unusable.    NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SEARS!!

    Delaware Automotive Service

I had been having a severe vibration upon braking at higher speeds.  Another maintenance shop could not figure out what was wrong.  I took the car to Delaware Automotive Service who discovered that the rear brakes had unevenly worn,  causing the rotors to have a slight warp.  It was suggested that that they be replaced along with the brake pads.  I thought the diagnosis was fair and reasonable.  The mechanic made sure the calipers were functioning properly, and did not try to upsell me with new ones.

I was more than pleased with the professionalism of the shop and the cost of the repair.  Bottom line, they fixed the problem!!!
