  Everything went great! They replaced the gutter guards, repaired the roof, cleaned and replaced some of the downspouts, power washed the house, hung downed shutters, fixed the door frames around the back doors on the deck and garage and communicated well and did excellent work. They���ll be back in the Springtime to do more work around the house and deck!

  Rolling Thunder Window, Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

  The team arrived on time and were very friendly. Although one of the men were stung by a bee and they had to leave to go to urgent care, the owner showed up about an hour later to finish the job. They swept all the fallen debris and left everything tidy.

  K Guard Leaf Free Gutter Systems

  NEO Roofing aka Dunrite Roofing aka K Guard aka Clog Free Gutters suggested that they had to tear off the section of roof to assure the leaking would stop. Assured me with a 3 year warranty. Roof started leaking again after snow started melting, and they refused to come out to even look at it after a year (1st winter). "We did everything correctly". Well my roof is still leaking in the same spot. Asked for my money back, no money back, did not honor warranty and very arrogant. I hired another roofing company, and they did a fantastic job and my roof does not leak anymore. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR WARRANTIES ARE NOT HONORED, THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK (WASTE OF MONEY) AND THEY HAVE SHADY CONTRACTS. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO OPT OUT WHICH GOES AGAINST THE OHIO CONSUMER PRACTICES ACT.

  All Gutter Cleaning And Leaf Shelter

  Went great. Staff came out and provided an estimate. They came out and installed when they said they would. Most important, when I noticed one area that was leaking during/after a very hard rain they came out the very next day to check and fix the issue. About a month after installation the makers of the gutter guards notified them of a manufacture defect that could cause a problem down the road. They reached out to us to schedule a day to come out and reinspect everything and ended up replacing a few sections. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. It's hard get such great service after the installation of anything these days but these guys were above and beyond all expectations.

  Biltmore Exteriors

  On May 31st, 2018, we contracted with Biltmore Exteriors to replace our garage roof, replace old picture windows with new windows and a sliding door on one side of our house, and to replace our aluminum siding with vinyl siding and new gutters. Once started, this became a five-week long ordeal plagued by miscommunications, sloppy and incomplete work, and an abusive business owner. At completion of the work, we were so exhausted and traumatized that we just wanted anyone from Biltmore off of our property and not have to argue about outstanding issues for fear of retribution. If you don���t want to deal with repeated work, patronizing attitudes, sloppy attention to details and late-night phone calls where the owner is cursing you out for being difficult, we suggest you avoid Biltmore Exteriors.   The Gutter Boys

  They are quite stealthy. Come and gone without a trace except for some ���minor' debris from what was in the gutters. Not one clue anyone was even out. If they did not call before they came out I would not have known. That is the way it should be when work is done on someone���s home. Respect it. As for the Valor covers, they are excellent! Have had much rain after installation and they perform perfectly. I would not hesitate to have them out for any future work.

  Kirk was very helpful in describing what he was going to do ahead of time, and his estimate was reasonable - among the lowest we received. He started very promptly, just a few days after we signed. He's very particular, so he doesn't have multiple crews - he worked side-by-side with his men the whole time. He finished each section of roof the same day he started it, so nothing was left uncovered at the end of each day. He also made sure the yard was clean and free of debris before he left each day. Diane in the office was also a pleasure to deal with. She provided addresses of other homes they had done in our area, she made sure the paperwork was expedited, she answered all our questions, and she kept us informed as the work progressed. All in all, a very positive experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend All-Star Roofing.

  Home Exteriors Roofing, Siding and Windows

  Workers were very polite, worked hard, and went out of their way to make us happy. Completed job in two days. Included house, gazebo, and shed. Did a good job cleaning up afterward. Price was good but I rarely give out "A" - ratings in this category unless the contractor is just hands down cheaper than my other proposals. In this instance, I did not select the cheapest proposal. I went with the company that provided me with the best value for my money. Overall, we are very happy with our new roof.
