  • Art and Scott saved my sanity! I have had 27 dogs in the 31 yrs I've lived in my home and only ONE other flea infestation. This was AWFUL! I treated my boys, bombed the house, treated the yard and so much more! Nothing worked UNTIL I found Integrity Pest Solutions on Angie's list. Scott came out the 1st time. We had obstacles to overcome, he was honest, helpful and encouraging! So was Art who came back for the 2nd treatment a week later. They gave me idea's to keep those PESTS away from my furbabies and my house! We've been flea free since a couple days after the last treatment 8/3/18! I would highly recommend them! Thanks gentlemen!

  • Todd Jackson and his son are both consistently professional, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and helpful. They have helped me on numerous occasions and I'm so glad to be able to count on an honest and reliable plumber. Have hired them several times and recommend to my friends and family. Top notch small business. A pleasure to deal with and these guys are experts in their craft.

  • Decided on Integrity Bed Bug Solutions because Art, the owner either always answered the phone or got RIGHT back to me. I'm a disabled widow who is raising 2 young g'daughters and I was in a mess! I have had dogs for decades and NEVER had fleas then a straight up INVASION! Art calmed me down and set up a VERY quick appt. He helped me by being flexible enough to coordinate with a dog groomer so my 2 boys would be gone AND getting treated. Walked me thru everything. Then Scott came out for the 1st of 2 scheduled treatments. The following week, Art came out to apply the 2nd treatment. I HATE FLEAS! lol I know this is long but it's just SO hard to get such good, respectful service! Art and his brother Scott are 2 of the most honest, straightforward, knowledgeable guys in the business. I had special circumstances and both of the guys were very accommodating and respectful. Thanks!

  • Total NIGHTMARE. AVOID Roger Conrad Concrete at all costs. I am STILL waiting on job to be completed from OCT 2017. It will soon be ONE YEAR that Roger Conrad has left me without a drainage system. Terrible work. I paid him $10,400 for a new driveway and new drainage system. We arrived home one Saturday in OCT 2017 to see that his crew (who showed up whenever they felt like it, without any warning) was attaching a 1.5 inch schedule 40 pipe into a 4 inch schedule 40 pipe. (?) I called Roger and told him that a 4 inch pipe should go into a 4 inch pipe. He said it would be fine. We said NO, this is NOT fine, will not work and makes no sense and a legit contractor would never do something like this. He said he couldn't come back for a couple days. We said ok. We want it done right. That was OCT 2017. Many many many calls later to try to chase this guy down. STILL WAITING. Called him in Oct, Nov, Dec. No response. FINALLY caught him on the phone in Jan 2018 and he said he'd come back when the weather was warm. Can't even describe what an awful experience he has created, leaving our house without a drainage system. Water in basement, when it rains there is water shooting out of the unfinished pipe he left, everything a mess, thanks to him. I had to hire a lawyer. That's how bad this has gotten. After numerous calls to Roger Conrad from Oct 2017 to June 2018, telling him that he needs to finish the job or he'll be hearing from my attorney, he finally showed up. He had not been here since OCT 2017. He took one look at the stupid situation his crew left us in and tried to lie and say that it was fine. He dug into the dirt with a hammer (?!), exposed the pipe that they never finished and claimed he'd come back the next day. Another lie. Have never seen or heard from this guy again with the exception of him sending me a facebook request which I ignored. (Bizarre behavior. Won't take my calls or fix the problem yet thinks we can be fb friends?! Very weird and unprofessional.) I should have known he was not honest when he told me not to tell anyone the quote he was giving me, and not to get any other quotes. Later, ACTUAL professionals and even my lawyer told me this was a complete rip off price. But he indicated he was giving me a discount which was a complete lie. My old driveway was much better than this new one that he attempted to put down. They couldn't even get the driveway level so there are puddles everywhere at the slightest rain. And he made this new terrible driveway several feet less wide than my existing driveway, which created several feet of weeds that I now have to deal with. The shoddy lopsided driveway along with the leaving us without a drainage system has been the most unprofessional work I've ever seen. My mistake? I should have looked at the BBB website to see that he has a score of an F. I should have googled him to see that the Attorney General of Ohio had lawsuits against him. Here's part of the lawsuit I later found online: "Attorney General Mike DeWine recently filed lawsuits seeking restitution for consumers harmed by Roger Conrad Jr., doing business as C&R Concrete, of Sugar Grove. C&R Concrete specializes in providing concrete patios and driveways and the repair of concrete walls. Consumers complain that C&R’s concrete work is uneven, unprofessional, and that the concrete cracked soon after installation. After consumers complained to C&R, Conrad never returned to provide repairs. The list of losses stands in excess of $40,000. The lawsuit filed in the Franklin County Common Pleas Court on Friday alleges that the company failed to perform promised work, performed shoddy or incomplete work, or failed to provide consumers with necessary information, such as a written date of estimated completion, a list of materials to be used, and the amount charged for labor." I filed a report with the BBB and they sent him numerous letters but he won't answer them, either. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do your research and avoid Roger Conrad Concrete at all costs.

  • Cory came to our 200 yr old brick house after a very harrowing late night experience with a bat in the house. He came out promptly and gave us a very informative presentation regarding bats and their habits. He pointed out areas where the bat could have been gaining access to our living space and how to properly seal those areas. He sealed our entire house on the outside, walls, soffits, roof and any crevice he saw. He did leave some exit routes (small plastic tubes) so the bats wouldn’t be trapped in our house. A month later he returned and sealed off the areas where the exit routes had been. Cory really knows his stuff it’s been almost a year now and “NO BATS”. Great guy you can’t do better.

  • Amazing. Cory was a life saver. We have three kids and as a mom I might have gone a little crazy with the internet searches and reading horror stories of bats and rabies. CDC, Health Department and doctors office did not help but Cory had the answers and the experience to calm my nerves, and gave me the fix for the issue. Oh and I should add, he told me statistics that put things in perspective. Cory explained everything that would happened during our process of removing bats from our attic and everything that would take place to ensure they would not return. All pricing was explained and we were given options to help keep the cost down. I know my husband was very appreciative to have an explanation of that was being done to the house and how to maintain the bat proof fix once in place. Cory even took the time to do a walk through after the work was done showing exact changes. Would I hire them again?, yes, in a heart beat. Heck I might invite him to our next family barbecue, he's just a great guy.

  • We hired Bobby B**** of Brown Builders in December 2015 and terminated him January 2017 . He assured us that with his vast quantity of subcontractors he could complete our build by August /September 2017 . We found Brown Builders financially irresponsible taking 95% plus of our build money and failing to pay about a third of the subcontractors , leaving us with five liens on our new build . Bobby B**** tried to squeeze extra moneys from us without invoices or documentation and not taking into account under budget items . Our home build was under budget . It took Brown Builders 5 months to provide us with invoices requested . Bobby B**** of Brown Builders was very absent during the build and when reached would referred us to a project manager who had no answers . The times we were able to reach him questioning on way the build was dragging on he was deceptive and evasive . In all a bad experience.

  • Crow Home Inspection and Nate did an outstanding job inspecting an historic farm house we were interested in purchasing. His knowledge of home structure and his evaluation was straight forward, honest and a well invested learning experience. His attention to every detail was impeccable and thorough. His passion for helping customers understand fully what they're purchasing was a delivery of legendary customer service. I would recommend anyone doing a home purchase to hire Nate to inspect it. We will not use anyone else should we decide to do a home purchase. I highly recommend anyone purchasing a home to have a licensed inspector inspect the home before purchase. We were very fortunate to work with a realtor and inspector she recommended who both have been invaluable to us in the home buying process. Home buying is a big investment that should be protected. I highly recommend Nate from Crow Inspection without any reservations.

  • This is an exceptional company. Responded the day I called. Came out for estimate quickly . Price was right. They arrived on time . I think I am the first to review this company. I was skeptical to use them without reviews but since they were closest to me I asked them to come do an estimate. We live in Carroll. I Would give them an A++. They moved furniture —- took everything off walls— very neat—-Painted 2 coats and then put everything back in place and cleaned up. It’s a father and son business and they do the quote and they do the work . I’m having them come back and do more. Can’t recommend them highly enough— they are customer focused

  • We have a very old historical brick home. We had a bat gain access to the living area and the experience was quite frightening. Cory was very professional and returned our call quickly. He provided us with information on how to prevent the bats from getting into our living space again while he was getting them to leave our home. Cory knows what he is doing, he doesn’t waste time and seals every possible entry point on your home. It has now been months since the work was done and the bats have moved on. If you see bats you need Cory!!
