They never showed up for the scheduled appointment timeframe. When we called, all that we got was an excuse that they accidentally scheduled us with an employee that was on vacation that day, and asking when we wanted to reschedule. My wife missed work waiting for the appointment. Unacceptable!

First off I want to say that the actual individuals that come to service my address have always been polite and do a good job. It is customer service that this company is severely lacking. I signed up for a quarterly service. Every four months they will come service inside and out. In November they came out without notice on a day I was not home. It went fine. They come every month, spray stuff around the house and do what needs to be done. If a treatment is needed inside, they will come inside, but I have not needed them inside yet.

Our experience with them has been fine. We have not had any complaints. We live in the woods so we get a lot of carpenter ants so we appreciate the service. Their price is pretty accurate; it is pretty much median price in our area.
