  • The office visit went very well. This was the first time I have been to Omni. When you first walk into the office it seems very chaotic and confusing. However there is someone there to help guide patients to where they are suppose to be. I seen Dr. Charlick the foot and ankle specialist. The Doctor listened to my concern about my foot being painful at times. X-rays were taken and staff again was very professional and friendly. Dr. Charlick went over my x-rays and gave me options. I will need to have bone cut and reset with a pin. I will need to be off foot for about 4 weeks. Other option wear tie up shoes to alleviate pressure on side of foot. I am still considering surgery, but 4 weeks off foot is a long time!

  • They are very professional. Their facility is very clean. They were detailing exactly what was required. Everything went smoothly. I used them because of some feedback from other people in the area. They can be available, you can call them to go there anytime. The office environment is very good and comfortable. I wouldn't go to anybody else except for them, they do good.

  • I had a partial rupture of my right Achilles tendon and Omni Orthopedics was recommended by the stat care facility I went to when I first injured my ankle. I was impressed with the care and concern the staff at Omni showed. I was on crutches and had a difficult time with them, the gentleman behind the recaption counter immediately got me a wheelchair. When I called they asked if there had been X-rays taken at the stat care facility so I knew they would be taking X-rays so I planned on the appointment taking over an hour, it was only an hour and they completed the paperwork, took X-rays, performed the assessment, and explained the diagnosis and put me in a walking boot in an hour. Because my insurance company does not cover the walking boot they explained my options and how the visit would be billed before I left. Everyone made sure I knew what was going to be done and the entire staff was very friendly.
I use a curb-to-curb bus service and I had scheduled the bus later than I needed to and was there after the facility closed. They made sure I had a ride and that I would not have to wait alone.
