  • They deny most of the medicine I've been taking for 5 years and they no longer want to pay for it. They want to see if there are any generic substitutions. I've ordered other products, and they never work as what my doctor prescribes. I would not recommend using this prescription plan.

  • Excellent staff, from housekeeping to the doctors and nurses. All very caring, professional and more than competent! I work there, so you may say I am biased, but most all of the people we came in contact did not know me, so it wasn't like they were putting on a good face just for me.

  • They are quick to process claims and they are good about any questions I have when I call them, and if I am unsure about a claim they are good about discussing it with me and I am able to get through to them quickly. I would recommend them.

  • They were good. I had no problem with the hospital. It seemed like the home health care wasn't very good. The outpatient there wasn't very good. The sanitary and the people in the surgery weren't good. They seemed to be okay. The problem was the treatment by the nurses in the outpatient, but on the floor when I was in the medical/surg unit, they were excellent. It depended. The sad thing is the nursing people. I don't know how easy it is for them to deal with some of these individual people. A lot of people won't say anything because they are afraid that they may have to go back there. If I say something, something might happen to me. As a matter of fact, I liked the doctors. The doctors were fine. I didn't care for the outpatient surgery, but the inpatient medical/surgical unit was excellent. I would give them an A+. My experience was okay. The hospital l was generally okay. I've had 4 or 5 surgeries there. Some of them were minor. There were outpatient and stuff like that. The medical/surgical unit was excellent. I went home and the first nurse that came was good. She had to quit coming because of scheduling or something like that. The second one that came was horrid. I hope to never see her again. The last one that they finally sent was not too bad and by that time I had to quit. The guy that they had delivering was a fug. I didn't like the fact that their facility was basically like an emergency room with drapes. One would be in there for an outpatient surgery and all is between them and other patients if there isn't a drape. I didn't care for that. Some of the nurses were okay. The main nurse that was in charge of me was terrible. The surgical unit people and the doctors were great. The hospital, the administration that I talked to and the doctors were okay. They are fairly available. I would use them again if I have to. If I have a choice for the outpatient surgery, I would go to another place, but I would go to Mercy for the inpatient. I worked at Trinity Mercy Medical Center 20 years ago and I left there. Each department depends, there's a chair person department, the doctors are all different and the nurses are different. One would go there for various things and they do surgery in outpatient. In the hospital after one has had a major surgery where they have to stay for a while is in the inpatient unit. That can change; I was in a medical/surgical unit. I had had a surgery and i had to go afterwards for wound care. They also have cardiology depart where the cardiac patients go. They have intensive care and each one is different. There's always some kind of hygiene thing that's going on with you so it's important for you to have your own separate bathroom. Although the bathroom was clean, they put one in a little cubical and then they put a drape across. If one has to go to the bathroom they have to walk down the hall. One has to walk down the hall with all the people around and with the fashionable outfit and wait to use the bathroom. They made me do an anima and I had to run from the hall and go to the bathroom. I didn't like that. That's the kind of environment. The environment is uncomfortable. The billing and administration was nice.

  • I went to Aultman because my insurance forced me to go there.  Their medical/surgical unit was absolutely horrible when I went 10 or 12 years ago.  The nurses were horrid.  I would give them an F- and then I went back, I had outpatient surgery and that was excellent.  It depends on where and who and that sort of things.  Everybody in the outpatient surgical unit was good.  Every person had their own little separate room for outpatient.  It was almost like being in a regular hospital.  They were small rooms, but they had their own bathrooms and that's important after surgery.  There's always some kind of hygiene thing that's going on with you so it's important for you to have your own separate bathroom.  My experience was okay.

  • The staff is really friendly and the hospital is great. I can’t say enough about them. We love their heart department and everything about it.  We haven’t had any problems. Between the maternity floors they have an area for people doing their knees and hip.  They can do therapy over there and it is just awesome.  My parents loved it when they were there and I never heard anybody talk like that. We have been to the ER and it has always been busy but they do the best that they can over there. I would highly recommend them.

  • The experience was pretty good considering the fact that I was pretty ill. A hospital is not a fun place to be in when you are sick. I was pretty close to death. I was dying because I had pneumonia in a septic infection in my blood. I had inflammation in my lungs and I had to have it drained. Then I had to have surgery. They did a pretty good job with me. The care I received was very good. I had a couple of issues, but it was nothing major. They are working with me. I don't have insurance so they were very considerate about that. They set me up on a billing plan. I did a financial loan need thing. They did give us a discount because we don't have insurance. We didn't qualify for the HCAP. We paid for the whole thing, but we did have the financial need and they did discount it. It was still a lot of money, but it saved my life. I could have died from it.

  • well this company with the level of knowledge did not have any knowledge at all about cars. i had made a deposit for the lift and yet they did not give me any brouchers about any of the lifts. and the sales man had showed me the lift that they were going to install, but this sTHIales person had no clue that the whole back end of my car was covered with the bottom of the car being totally covered by the gasoline tank. this sales man started to cry and scream, and then this company decided to take $300.00 for some kind of restocking charge for a lift that was in stock. the bottom line is that they did nothing at all and they got $300.00 for doing nothing at all. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE GO TO SOMEONE ELSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE ONLY THING THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO DO IS TO LIE TO YOU, THEY KNOW THAT IN OHIO THAT A COMPANY WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU AND THEY DO NOT TELL YOU I TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND GTHEY HAVE YOU WHERE IT IS TOO LITTLE MONEY TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY, AND THEY KNOW THAT IF YOU FIGHT THEM THEN YOU WILL PAY MORE THAN YOU LOST. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY BAD BAD NEWS. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT IF YOU WANT ANY KIND MEDICAL DEVICES STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOTHING. THERE ARE OTHER GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE, BUT I BEING ON DISABILITY CAN NOT AFFORD TO GET BURNED AGAIN. IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY YOUR A TOTAL FOOL. WHEN I CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY I RECEIVED A LETTER THREW THE ATTORNEY, THAT IF I COMPLAINED TO ANYONE THAT THIS COMPANY MOTION MOBILITY & DESIGN WOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME. NOW I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THIS COMPANY HAS LIED TO THEM AS WELL. APPEARENTLY IN OHIO A COMPANY CAN TAKE MONEY FROM YOU FOR DOING NOTHING AND DO IT LEGALLY. I HAVE A LETTER FROM AN ATTORNEY STATING THAT THEY HAVE THREATENED ME. THIS IS FINE, SO WHAT, THEY ARE JUST DAMN CROOKS, AND THEY BEING A COMPANY CAN GET AWAY WITH JUST ABOUT ANYTHING THEY LIKE. I JUST RECEIVED A LETTER THAT THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF OHIO CHOOSES TO LISTEN TO A COMPANY OVER WHAT AN INDIVIDUAL STATES. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONSUMER PROTECTION IN THE STATE OF OHIO. IT IS A SHAME THAT THE CONSUMER CAN GET SCREWED AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE AT ALL.

  • I am very upset that they sent me a bill for just walking in the door. You don't even have to see a doctor and they'll bill you! You'll get billed from the radiologist, from walking in the door and also from the doctor. It's just ridiculous!

  • I can always get in. They have a physician's assistant, who is very good. We can almost always get in to see him. Sometimes it is hard to see a doctor. We like the convenience. The office staff is good.
