AOhio Basement SystemsOmg!!! The installers were awesome!!! Their names were Larry and Jeff. They were on time and very professional!!! They covered everything from top to bottom to protect my furniture and wet bar area. They also worked Quickly and neatly. They answered all of my questions (as I had many) and they cleaned up very well once they were done. Overall, the experience went very well. AOhio Basement SystemsEverything went well. The crew did a good job and the basement is finally dry. I also had work done in an elevator pit in a commercial building and, in spite of unexpected issues, they stuck with the job to finish in one day as promised. I recommend this company. AOhio Basement SystemsChris Shewell came to perform an annual inspection of my sump pump system. Before starting, he thoroughly explained what he was going to do and invited me to observe the process. I watched as he removed the pumps from the well, cleaned and adjusted them as necessary. He explained every step and asked if I had any questions. He also did an inspection of the whole basement and gave me an evaluation of the condition of the walls and any potential problem areas. In addition, he checked the exterior of the house and the downspouts. Chris also went over the warranty with my wife and I. He also explained that Ohio Basement Systems had been acquired by Groundworks, a nationwide company, and our warranty would not change with the transfer. We were very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire process and would recommend this company to anyone. There was no charge due to the first annual inspection being free.- richard m.

FThey wanted 3 weeks to come out and quote. Then when they learned that I would be working in another state they refused to come to the house and work with my wife. Since my wife and I both own the house they require us both present. NOT a law, just company policy. If signatures would be required prior to work being completed then I could have easily done that. Instead I will work with another company.

The guys were all very nice and did whatever was possible to keep the dust to a minimum. The work completed changed our entire space in the basement - no more damp odors and everything is working great. Steve explained everything well and we couldn't be happier with Guardian. FGot a quote for $22,701 to have interior of basement concrete floor torn up and a drain put in, with a sump pump. Thankfully we got two other quotes. One for $17,000 to tear up the outside around the house and put in a drain. The last quote from B-Dry System was to call a concrete leveling company and have the patio leveled to stop the water from draining towards the house. $1800 later we have a dry basement.

AGot two quotes and called B-Dry for the tie breaker. The first quote was for $22,701 to tear up our concrete floor the entire way around the inside of the basement, install a drain and sump pump. The second quote was for $17,000 to tear up the outside around our house and install a drain. B-Dry Waterproofing consultant said we had a headache and we could either take an aspirin or have brain surgery. We chose the aspirin and called a concrete levelling company at his suggestion to level the concrete patio that was draining towards the house. Problem solved for $1800. THANK YOU B-DRY SYSTEM!! We truly appreciate your honesty and professionalism and for not ripping us off! We would absolutely use you if needed in the future.
