Next the sales process was easy, a little old fashioned in reliance on paper but the salesman Mark really knows his stuff. The process was very well managed and they doublecheck their work in sizing. AWindow Nation IncI had an excellent experience getting me new windows installed by Window Nation, There was a slight hiccup in getting a call to set the appointment, but when I reached out to them I was contacted immediately. As luck would have it, on the day of my installation we had a lot of snow fall. Paul M. braved the snow and got every window installed, even attempting the slippery roof for a couple of them. Paul was able to find a resolution to the slippery roof issue and got everything taken care of. He also cleaned up everything before he left. Paul was awesome, Window Nation should be proud to have him. We won't fully get to enjoy the windows until the weather warms up, but I am pleased with the service I have received.- Cara W.

AWindow Nation IncThe whole thing from start to finish was pretty simple the crew showed up on time. They were very polite and courteous. The boss man came in to review the install plan and they went right to work. And they did not mess around. They installed 15 windows in less than 4 hours. They vacuumed inside and cleaned up debris outside. I will be using them again in the future as well as letting anyone I know who needs windows to call window nation!- austin p.

AMuth & Company RoofingThe roof replacement went very well. We have a ranch with a large steep roof. After getting 4 bids we decided on Muth because they had the most complete quote, detailing all the GAF products they were going to use to get our Gold Pledge lifetime warranty. Because of the size and complexity of our roof it took around 5 days to complete. The fact that we had dry weather was a plus. From Chris, who was our salesman, to the guys who replaced the roof (hot days) they were all very professional. Clean up afterwards was also very good. This is a family owned and operated business and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality roof replacement. They are not the cheapest out there but they provide high quality results. BRosati WindowsI had plans to have Rosati do a partial install of some upgrades I intended on making then purchasing the rest of my upgrade needs as a DYI project. The windows are great. The door, custom (thusly more expensive) due to the nonstandard opening size, is ok. Sometimes the internal blinds get hung up at towards the bottom, which is easy to rectify, but the biggest drawback is the fit for the door. When it was installed (2/20/20) it was a tight fit and I was told to expect a "break in" period, which would yield a smoother operation. Currently the handle still needs yanked on and the door pushed in the direction of open to open the door. This would have been something I would have passed on had there been any follow up to inquire about my satisfaction of my purchase, but I haven never heard from the company again. The cost was $5300, which might not seem like a lot to some, but it's a lot to me. As far as the remaining DYI project, I'm shopping for other manufacturers who make a similar looking, reliable product for a comparable price point. Overall I'm satisfied by the purchase, but just a little disappointed in what I had expected from them.- Greg K.

ALet's look at the big picture: American Weathertechs did an excellent job installing beautiful new vinyl siding on my house in the middle of the most snowy February in recent memory in the middle of a pandemic and for a VERY reasonable price. Everything that follows in this review are just the details. Starting with Lou, our salesperson, we knew we were going to be well taken care of. In a short amount of time he took measurements, showed us color samples and siding styles, discuss pricing and promotions, go over the lifetime warranty, take our deposit and send us our detailed contract. We had never been happier to spend thousands of dollars. We came to our first hurdle about two months later, which was the initial agreed-upon time to begin work on our house. We found out that the production facility had run out of our color and, because of COVID, wouldn't begin production until January. I really can't hold American Weathertechs responsible for this, after all, in a year when it was hard to find yeast, bacon, and toilet paper, I can understand having trouble keeping up on siding orders. The good news is that in early February I got the call that our house was scheduled for the next week. I was nervous because a snow storm, the same one that crippled Texas, was in the forecast. Sure enough, we got several inches of snow and freezing rain and I was CONVINCED there was NO WAY they could do the siding under these conditions. Working on the only days that week when it wasn't actively snowing, a crew of about four guys did all of my siding in TWO DAYS! The only thing that matched the quality of their work was their cheerful attitude, especially considering the below-freezing conditions they were working in. They were flexible and responsive with me, which was essential as one side of my house required them going into my neighbors yard to access so I had them wait until I had my neighbors permission. This brings me to my only slight complaint. They left more of a mess than I would have liked and what was initially described to me. That having been said, when I pointed this out to Lou, he had them back out in a couple of days to do a more thorough clean-up. Oh, AND, I received a hotel package as on of my promotional offers. I'm taking the family to Disney later this year! Overall a 5-star experience in spite of some really difficult conditions.

FI would not recommend this company based on terrible customer service. First the windows were delayed two months due to COVID, there was no communication regarding timeframe unless I reached out to them. After the windows were finally manufactured the install was scheduled and confirmed. The day of the install I never heard from them, and started calling at 8 am to which I couldn’t get a straight answer about my install. After being transferred to the install manager, who referred to me as sweetheart because he thought I must have been the lady that transferred me, I find out that the crew that was scheduled didn’t finish a job the day before therefore would not be installing my windows on the day that I took off from work. After some back and forth I got a call back saying it was my lucky day, they had a cancellation and a guy would be out to install my windows. A guy, one guy who showed up at noon installed until 6 o’clock finally getting help from a warehouse guy finished around 9 pm, too dark to inspect. Next day saw holes in screens, writing on frames and the caulking was abysmal. After immediately taking pictures of all the problems and labeling locations an email was sent to the service department who set up a service call. A service guy showed up who wasn’t the one scheduled, just to do a preliminary survey of the problem!! After scheduling the actual service call they actually did come out and fix everything to my satisfaction. WindowNation replaced 8 out of my 15 windows, and I would gladly have the rest replaced by a window of inferior quality to have greater customer service.

ANeeded 14 windows replaced in the house I am living in and they were on time and answered any questions I had. Installers were on time. They had it scheduled for 2 days of work but had it all done in one day and cleaned up after themselves you would have never known anyone was there if it wasn't for the awesome looking new windows.
