    FrontRoom Furnishings
It was very difficult for me to get around in a furniture as I was wheelchair bound due to a knee injury.  My husband and I had made a day of it and been to 4 furniture stores already and I hadn't fallen in love with a fabric yet.  I needed a new couch for a previously decorated room.  Finding a big purple couch isn't as easy as one would think.  Surprisingly, I found a large variety of purple fabrics in 4 of 5 stores.  The staff at FrontRoom Polaris worked really hard to move furniture around so my husband could navigate to look at couches in various areas of the store.  I came down to 2 couches in FrontRoom furnishing and 3 fabrics.  I took them home along with one from a different store.  I ultimately decided on one from FrontRoom so my husband and I returned there the following week (still in a wheelchair).  I had the option of two different couches (in my range of requirements: length heighth, unskirted etc.). We manuvered me around the furniture so that with help I could sit on both couches.  Unfortunately, I needed to do this a couple of times, especially because I spend a lot of time on the couch due to my health.  Ultimately, I choose the couch I wanted and determined all the little things like shape of feet, shape of arms, corded or uncorded etc.  We also tried to find a complimentary fabric for the two throw pillows that come with the couch.  That  took more time and effort on the part of the sales woman.  She was great.  We ultimately got to things like fabric protection and delivery options.  The only thing I found expensive was the $100 delivery fee.  They use the company 2 Men and a Truck to deliver all of their furniture.  They deliver all day and evening and I really felt that the delivery cost was high but at the end of the day, it is what it is. Especially, becaust I was not willing to work out someone picking it up etc.  Otherwise, I enjoyed the easy no pressure sales staff.
We were at another furniture store and simply wanted to take home a fabric sample. They insisted on setting up an appointment for their designer to come out and she informed me that she would bring the fabric I liked at their store and work on bringing other complimentary fabrics (translation: I will try to up sell you additional furniture and such that you don't need).  I called and cancelled as soon as we got home that night.  There was none of that at FrontRoom Furnnishings. I designed and decorated my entire home down to each piece of art and every window treatment, I don't need a designer coming in and trying to change what I love. I come into my home and it gives me a sense of peace.  The new couch looks absolutely great and I couldn't be happier!!!

Great.  Beth is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely prompt in returning answers to our e-mails to her and was right on time when we met her for our appointment.  She responded to our e-mails very quickly and answered our questions.  She gave us excellent suggestions on staging our house for selling it in the future.  She also provided us with paint samples that we could select from that would best suit our paint color preferences and she also provided us with many great ideas on how to re-decorate our house so that we could still enjoy it before we sell it.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations.   There was a lot of work performed in a short amount of time.  Be prepared for lifting and moving furniture of all sizes.   It amazed me how Diane was ready to roll-up her sleeves and get to work; moving even heavy furniture.   So, if you are an older person; or someone with neck/ back problems; have someone on hand who can handle the task of helping Diane relocate furniture pieces.     She has wonderful, creative ideas and was a joy to work with; while rearranging my home.

They have done work for me in the past. They are really great to work with. They are very responsive and reasonably priced. The decorator that did the design was really great. She was able not only able to give a wonderful design and implement it, but she also was able come up with some storage suggestions and ways in which I could maximize my house for a lot less money. I was absolutely satisfied with the work that they did. I paid $75 for the initial consultation and $50 an hour for the design. They also did some color concept designs. I would recommend them because they are very responsive and they have superior knowledge about how about maximization of the house. They work with different budgets. So, you don?t have to have a lot of money. They were able to see a lot of beauty in my house that I was not able to see. I will absolutely use their services again in the future if required.

It went perfectly as I knew it would having worked with them before. I gave them a key so I could come and go as I pleased without having to worry at all. These are among the most professional, trustworthy, and talented people one could hope for.

I have had the pleasure and honor of working with Ms. Batke since 2005 when she was referred by professional organizer. Her unique creative talents have touched and transformed my home office, business office in the Short North, my living-room, dining room and stairway. When I moved into a new home in 2005, I had an eclectic mix of antiques, heirlooms, and new items and could not figure out how to display them and made my home feel 'pulled together'. Ms. Batke has a WONDERFUL business whereby she first consults, ensures the suggested items are available and service performed such a painting or hardwood floor refinishing (in a past project she has met me at a fabric store to choose 6 perfect fabrics and has shopped for accessories). I have left my home and returned to be continually astounded at how she positioned pictures, furniture, wall hangings, fabrics, special items in groupings that make the space look like one is peering into a major store window yet with the realization that-'WoW, I get to live here! Now it feels like home!" I have found myself saying repeatedly-"how brilliant! I love where you put that! What a great idea! What God given talents you have, Beth!" I even put tape beneath lamps and accessories so that I can position them EXACTLY where she put them after I dust. If you want to have a beautiful home that feels 'pulled together' yet 'homey' and personalized, I highly recommend Beth Batke-you will not be disappointed.

This is my third new house and by far I am the most pleased with the work from Chloe's Closet. Lori is a designer and her husband is an architect. He actually did the painting himself along with an employee. I went along with Lori's suggestions for the color scheme and faux technique and just love the results. They go the extra mile to please, are very professional, and just very nice, honest people to work with.

THE COST IS A SET AMOUNT PER ROOM, BASED ON THE SIZE. DIANE WAS VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH WHAT I ALREADY HAD AND LOVED SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO OUT AND SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON NEW ITEMS. SHE MOVED FURNISHINGS AROUND TO CREATE A TOTALLY NEW AND BEAUTIFUL LOOK AND THEN GAVE SUGGESTIONS ON PAINT COLOR FOR THE WALLS AND TRIM, ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES AND A FEW MINOR FURNITURE PIECES TO COMPLETE THE LOOK. SHE LEFT ME WITH A WRITTEN PLAN FOR THINGS TO DO TO COMPLETE THE LOOK LIKE WHAT COLORS TO PAINT WHERE, MEASUREMENTS FOR RECOMMENDED FURNITURE PIECES, DIRECTIONS FOR HANGING SOME LIGHTS AND CREATING A TABLE COVERING. I LOVED THE NEW LOOK AND MY FAMILY DID TOO. DIANE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND VERY CONCERNED ABOUT CREATING ROOMS THAT I WOULD LOVE. I PLAN TO HAVE HER BACK AGAIN TO HELP WITH SOME OTHER ROOMS. I HAD USED OTHER DESIGNERS PREVIOUSLY AND HER REDESIGN COST ME LESS, BUT I AM MUCH MORE PLEASED WITH IT.
