I am mostly impressed with the crew (many are employees), the detailed craftsmanship and even their conscientious clean up. The owner, Todd, coordinated the project and had things moving so quickly. AFinished Basements Plus Inc.We hired Todd and his team to finish about 1000 sq ft of our basement. We are very happy with how the project turned out, they were very good about working with us to design the layout and finishes the way that we wanted them and had no problem making adjustments to the plan along the way. They made sure that we were closely involved during the process and were quick to fix any issues that arose making sure we were satisfied. The project took a little bit longer than planned but we were fine with that in the context of a pandemic. The project came out exactly how we envisioned and the price was fair. Todd was great to work with and had no problem coming out after the project was finished to help with a couple items after the fact.- Matthew B.

AFinished Basements Plus Inc.We started this project just before the state mandated a stay at home order due to COVID-19 so I knew it was going to be a lengthy process. The communication was good throughout the project. If I had to reach out to them I usually received a call back within 24 hours. I would say there was less than five times I expected someone to work on my basement for the day and no one showed up. It was understandable with the current state of the times. If something was not done to our standard we would collaborate with the project manager to come up with a solution we could all accept. Given the opportunity to pick a company to finish my basement, I would choose them again.- Tim J.

AJVP StuccoWe have a 33 year old home with two large chimneys in need of repair. Brandon came out, inspected and quoted us for the required repairs. Because we were also having our roof replaced he was able to complete the repairs prior to the roof replacement. The work took two days to complete. We are very happy with the results. ABeacom Construction Co LLC was extremely professional when it came to repairing the water damage caused by an improperly installed shower pan when the house was initially constructed. Years of slow leakage caused the subfloor to fail under the shower and kitchen sink areas. Beacom Construction was able to come in and make repairs in a very manner keeping the costs reasonable and not creating extra unneeded work as others had quoted. If another project is required at my home I would rehire Beacom Construction immediately.

AHaving worked with multiple remodelers and contractors on two different houses, Charlie Griffey is by far the best I've ever worked with. I have high expectations, and Charlie exceeded every one. Charlie had workers at my house every day (including some weekend days) during my project and communicated with me (unsolicited) on a daily basis. This is unheard of for a contractor. Furthermore, his subs do great work. Charlie was not satisfied until we were completely pleased. He even called later after the project was completed to make sure we were happy. He had recommendations for me that I was hesitant to pursue, but he ended up being spot on. Furthermore, we encountered a delay (in shipping--not Charlie's fault), and Charlie remedied the situation himself in order to stay on track. I cannot say enough good things about Charlie's communication, professionalism, efficiency, or attention to detail.

APremier Contracting is the company you're searching for. Not only were they timely with their estimates, but they came with phenomenal recommendations, thorough communication and patience for my million questions. We had a dedicated resource at our home the whole time and he gave us daily updates of how the projects was going, any roadblocks he saw and solutions for those roadblocks. Their attention to detail throughout the project was better than mine, which is saying a lot since I'm a massive perfectionist. We can't stop showing off our deck. In fact, we liked them so much, we're going with them for our kitchen. Seriously, if you are considering any work, just pick them, you won't be sorry.
