    The week prior, I received several reminder emails.  One noted they can bring a food-pantry donation box, free of charge.  While I had already donated, community service like that speaks volumes to the company good values!
    John and Curtis arrived right on time, took excellent care in making sure the piano was wrapped for transport, delivered and placed the piano exactly as requested, including the obligatory move two inches this way, that way, then back, lol.  They reviewed the contract in detail and even reminded me of the 10% Angie's list coupon I had used and forgotten about - much appreciated.  All moving supplies were cheerfully removed.  Good job, John and Curtis!   
    I see why they have their A rating, would recommend them highly and would use them again, regardless of having a coupon.

    Tom totally rejuvenated my drop leaf table!  The top of the table (cherry) needed serious attention. I could not believe it when he delivered  the table --- it was better than new! The grain of the wood is so beautiful and apparent --- it had been lost over the years. Also, he made sure that the table was sturdy and worthy of daily use. I no longer have to cover this table up with a table cloth; its natural beauty really shines!

    He was on time. He was very polite. The service he gave was excellent. My piano is very old and the parts are becoming very fragile. He showed me how to replace the elbows myself. He told me that it would cost more to replace all the parts that were fragile than the value of the piano. He was very informative and very helpful. He offered to order the parts if I decided to replace the elbows myself to save me money. I would highly recommend his services!

    It was very difficult for me to get around in a furniture as I was wheelchair bound due to a knee injury.  My husband and I had made a day of it and been to 4 furniture stores already and I hadn't fallen in love with a fabric yet.  I needed a new couch for a previously decorated room.  Finding a big purple couch isn't as easy as one would think.  Surprisingly, I found a large variety of purple fabrics in 4 of 5 stores.  The staff at FrontRoom Polaris worked really hard to move furniture around so my husband could navigate to look at couches in various areas of the store.  I came down to 2 couches in FrontRoom furnishing and 3 fabrics.  I took them home along with one from a different store.  I ultimately decided on one from FrontRoom so my husband and I returned there the following week (still in a wheelchair).  I had the option of two different couches (in my range of requirements: length heighth, unskirted etc.). We manuvered me around the furniture so that with help I could sit on both couches.  Unfortunately, I needed to do this a couple of times, especially because I spend a lot of time on the couch due to my health.  Ultimately, I choose the couch I wanted and determined all the little things like shape of feet, shape of arms, corded or uncorded etc.  We also tried to find a complimentary fabric for the two throw pillows that come with the couch.  That  took more time and effort on the part of the sales woman.  She was great.  We ultimately got to things like fabric protection and delivery options.  The only thing I found expensive was the $100 delivery fee.  They use the company 2 Men and a Truck to deliver all of their furniture.  They deliver all day and evening and I really felt that the delivery cost was high but at the end of the day, it is what it is. Especially, becaust I was not willing to work out someone picking it up etc.  Otherwise, I enjoyed the easy no pressure sales staff.
    We were at another furniture store and simply wanted to take home a fabric sample. They insisted on setting up an appointment for their designer to come out and she informed me that she would bring the fabric I liked at their store and work on bringing other complimentary fabrics (translation: I will try to up sell you additional furniture and such that you don't need).  I called and cancelled as soon as we got home that night.  There was none of that at FrontRoom Furnnishings. I designed and decorated my entire home down to each piece of art and every window treatment, I don't need a designer coming in and trying to change what I love. I come into my home and it gives me a sense of peace.  The new couch looks absolutely great and I couldn't be happier!!!

    Dave and Chris answered my call at 8pm on a Sunday night! I was so happy because I really needed help with getting the right mattress for an unexpected guest that I was going to have at my house in a couple of days. They not only were very knowledgeable about the products they had but they seemed to really care about my situation and made me feel important. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Great customer service, Great products at a Great price. Couldn't be happier.

    Furniture delivered ahead of schedule. Once delivered we noticed a weird chemical odor. It gave my wife a cough and my son a headache. I called and was told I would have to wait 5 days for a service tech even though we could not use the furniture. I was told that we may be to sensitive to the chemicals ... 3 people sat in it and 3 people had issues. Sales staff person offered to come out and carry the furniture to our garage ... 2 days before Christmas and that's the best they could do/? No furniture for the family gathering! They thought that they may have delivered too soon to let it air out. In the meantime, we put the cushions of our porch to see if that will work. Responsiveness to a major problem like this, which is causing health issues is totally unacceptable customer service!

    I was very impressed with Mr. Black. He was kind enough to come to my house to look at the piece of furniture. As it turns out the piece we really wanted to be refinished simply did not have enough surface to be re-finished. I have no complaints, I simply don't think we can use the big deal we purchased.

    When I purchased the be I was told that the order would be placed with the manufacturer and that the delivery would be around the 1st week of May.  The bed was delivered that last week of April and the Delivery people arrived as scheduled.  They removed the old bed and setup the new bed.  The bed is exactly what we ordered.

    The Mattress Firm delivered the mattress and removed the old bedding just as promised by the Salesman.  The delivery personnel we on time and very careful not to soil my carpet with their shoes.  The setup the mattress and box springs, had me review the setup, and removed the old mattress as requested.

    The lady that helped us select furniture was very knowledgable about the furniture and answered questions we had as we looked around the showroom.
    The checkout process was a little awkward.
    When we were halfway home, something made me look at the receipt again and we discovered they had made a $1,000 error on the bill (saying I owed $1,000 more than I did). We had to stop and call them to get it corrected. Everything on their receipt is hand written and sloopy which was how the error was made.
