    Mr Tire Auto Service Ctr
    Went in because I was having a problem with my tire whenever I would turn left there was a loud noise coming from the front left tire area. Took it in and they diagnosed it as a bad left control arm. However they said I was going to need 2 control arms one for the left and one for the right. The total was going to come to $927.00 which I couldn't afford. I also felt like I didn't need the right one done at all so I opted for just the left. Repairs were done fairly quickly and total came out to a little over $500. It's been about 3 months now since the repair and my front right control arm is still operating perfectly fine, even though they said it was going bad and I would need to get it replaced right away. So overall services were completed but extremely shady company just trying to get more money out of me would not recommend having work done here and will not return for even an oil change.

    Very good work!  Two-year warranty!  They gave me $50 off my bill from a coupon.  More expensive than other shops but you get what you pay for and I want my repairs done right.  I prefer a small mechanic���s shop that is locally owned and the service was excellent.  Provided free shuttle service locally which helped a lot with scheduling.

    I called Goodyear Don Hartman to have work done on the front end of my Malibu. I took my car in at 800 am and got a call with the estimate within the hour. A couple hours later my car was ready to go. I received fast, friendly service at a reasonable price. The next time one of my vehicle needs work I will be heading to Goodyear Don Hartman.

    The total bill was $779.61. It took a total of 2 hours and the cost for labor was $547.07, which is outrageous. We have been using Lindsey Honda for 4 years and was always satisfied. Now they have done a huge expansion and renovation so I guess someone has to pay the it. It won't be me because we will not be going back.

    Well, what more can I say? Ricart Ford is outstanding!
    I was very hesitant to go to Ricart. The commercials are annoying and it's a HUGE business. But my brother-in-law had just purchased a Ford truck at Ricart and highly recommended the business. So, I went. First of all, the salesmen are beyond courteous and respectful. I was greeted by everyone with a smile and was genuinely treated as though I was the only buyer there in the business that rainy afternoon. Ben Keeran was the product specialst. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he didn't talk me into anything else. I was torn between the Ford Fiesta sedan or hatchback. I gravitated towards the hatchback, so we took that for a test-drive. I was sold. Ben could have easily recommended another car, a more expensive car, but I had done my homework. He told he how far Ford had come and respected my choice. It's because of Ben Keeran that I didn't walk away.
    I wanted to trade-in my VW Bug, a 2003, which I wasn't sure would bring much. My budget wouldn't allow for much more than $250 a month for a new car payment. After all, the Bug was paid for. The man with whom I worked, I wish I remembered his name, dickered with me. He was just doing his job, which I appreciated and respected. He was kind and respected of my budget. But I wasn't willing to negotiate. After a bit of dickering, I was the owner of a new Ford Fiesta. I receieved a generous trade-in for my Bug, and I was more than pleased by the purchase price! A few days after the purchase, I was contacted personally by Ben Keeran, asking how I liked the Fiesta. if there was anything I needed, etc... The follow-up was just incredible and so professional. I have since received a few more follow-ups. I have purchased many cars in my 45 years. I have NEVER been contacted personally, phone or e-mail, from another dealer.
    I will return to Ricart for further purchases, And I have recommended Ricart to everyone! Thank you, Ricart Ford!
    I generally feel that good customer service is the exception these days, not the the rule. I was so pleased by Ricart Ford that I wanted everyone to know.

    Brensco Automotive is located in Groveport, Ohio, but if you live anywhere in the Columbus, Ohio area, take your car there!  They are sooo worth the drive.
    As a woman, I often felt as though I had the word 'sucker'on my forehead when I used to go for car service.  Some women know their stuff; I don't.  I've always been at the mercy of the shop/mechanic.  I'm sure I've spent hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. I have many good stories about the Brensco, and they finally prompted me to write a review on
    Angie's List.  After a referral from my neighbor a few years ago, I've been taking my Bug there everysince.
    The latest story...  I ran up over a curb and blew my tire.  A well-know tire/battery chain replaced the tire and proceeded to tell me that my brakes were bad, needed to be replaced.  He also said the VW needed the transmission, brakes and something else 'flushed'.  That, plus the brakes would be over $600.  Now, I'd had my Bug at Brensco earlier that year for an accident repair.  The Bug was an '03 so I told Scott to go ahead and replace the breaks if necessary.  After the inspection, he said the brakes were actually fine, around 50-60%After being told by the well-known chain that I needed over $600 in repairs, I called Brensco and took it in again.  Scott told me the same thing again.  The brakes were in good shape.  He also told me the brake fluid was in a sealed compartment in the VW.  It couldn't even be flushed.  And he said that 'flushing' the transmission, etc... is a ploy be by car dealers to make money.  Now, he could have made a tidy sum with a lie, and he also could have told me I needed something else.  I would have trusted him.  He is simply an honest man.  A professional.
    Please again, go to Brensco Automotive.  Ask for Scott.  The location isn't convenient, but the service is well-worth the drive!

    Chad arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He did the work in my garage. After replacing the brake pads on the front he checked the pads on the back of the car. The back brake pads did not need to be replaced yet. After completing the work he started the car for a test drive. I told him about a new noise I had been hearing and he got out his stethoscope and diagnosed the problem. He did not have the part with him so he drove to the nearby auto store and purchased it. He then put the belt on the car and the noise was gone!

    His evaluation of cars is very fair, he is very honest, if something needs fixed he will tell, if doesn't needs fixed, he will tell you that as well, his customer service is outstanding and the price is just right.

    Didn't go that great for me. I walked in one day as I was riding by to ask how much it would cost me to get trans rebuilt on a 2005 Nissan Maxima. Right out of the gates he told me $3000. I politely walked away thanking him for letting me know. Then two weeks later my girlfriend went to a shop in Whitehall to have some minor repairs done and she asked them about my transmission and they reffered her to Columbus transmissions. I told her that I had been there two weeks prior. She explained to me that the shop told her that Columbus transmission would do the job for a portion of what the dealer would charge and they do free diagnosing. Long story short I took my car to let them diagnose and they told me $3200 to $3700 with no real reason as to what would warrant the extra $500 fee.

    They've been great. They've always been very punctual. Same thing in getting stuff done. We've never had a problem getting our cars in their. They're really good. Actually, if you have questions about your car or if you're thinking about getting the car or thinking about getting a car for a daughter, he's just got a license and he was very generous to ask before we bought it, bringing it in and taking a look at it to make sure that it was safe to drive so that's a really great place.
