    Truline Remodeling and Painters
The project was bid for 10 days but was completed in 5 days. The Truline staff was friendly and courteous. They took extra precautions to keep the dust down, which was appreciated as I have a toddler and was 8 months pregnant at the time. The completed garage ceiling was good and the banister was beautiful. Unfortunately, our bathroom remodel was unacceptable. A summary of the completed bathroom is as follows: - The subway tile grout installed in the shower area was two different colors upon completion. Truline staff admitted to buying 2 different brands of grout and not mixing the bags together. - Truline removed original tile throughout the bathroom and installed drywall/used drywall compound. Finish work was not good - excess mud was not removed, spots were not filled in all the way, small holes were left above the tile in the shower area, and remaining tile grout was left on the door trim. - Truline painted the bathroom ceiling and walls. Lines were sloppy and paint was left on light fixtures. Additionally, underneath the vanity was not painted. - Truline installed baseboard. The baseboard material used was of poor quality (not wood and is already peeling) and was not installed underneath the vanity. - Caulking was not completed around the shower doors - one side was caulked while the other side was not caulked. - There was a leak underneath the sink. - Attic insulation was falling from the newly installed ceiling fan. The aforementioned issues were addressed with the Truline owner via phone. The Truline owner sent a staff member to remedy the issues the next business day. All issues were rectified to our satisfaction with the exception of the leaking sink and ceiling fan. In regards to the leaking sink, the staff member concluded the leak was originating from one of the shut off valves. The leak was not repaired. As for the ceiling fan, the staff member went into the attic and reconnected the exhaust hose. He stated that if falling insulation continued to be a problem we could put a cardboard box over the hole. We contacted a plumber to fix the leaking sink. Immediately, the plumber determined that the leak was due to the lack of a trap installed underneath the sink. We also hired a separate contractor to inspect the ceiling fan as we continued to have issues with insulation falling from the fan. He determined that the ceiling fan was too small for the original opening, and basically, a hole was left in the ceiling causing the insulation to fall. Truline never addressed the fan being too small with us. Although part of the project was completed to satisfaction (garage ceiling and banister), the bathroom remodel was a combination of unfinished tasks and poor/sloppy workmanship. In our opinion, a lot of these issues were a result of Truline rushing the project. It was especially disheartening to have to hire additional professionals (a plumber and a 2nd contractor) to finish the project considering Truline advertises themselves as being proficient in carpentry and plumbing. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Blankenship Bros. Plumbing
Great experience. Blankenship replied immediately and kept in constant contact. On the appointed day they were running a little late, but they let me know, so it wasn't a problem. Ken and Mike were pleasant, professional, courteous, quick and skillful. They were a pleasure to work with and I will certainly call them again when I need plumbing services.

    Plumbing 911
It went very well. The tech was able to get the part uninstalled, after I tried for hours and the new part in. He put everything back together and even solved a problem created when the house was built.

    K&K Plumbing LLC
I have been looking to establish a relationship with a new plumbing company. My first experience was a positive one.  I called about our problem at 9:25 am and spoke to the owner.  By 11:30 the repair was being addressed.  While it was a simple repair, the plumbers were responsive, friendly and accommodating. I have a part ordered for a separate plumbing issue and asked if they would be willing to return and replace those parts once they arrived.  Their answer was no problem. I definitely will call to coordinate that repair once my parts arrive.

    MR DEPENDABLE
We lost pressure in our well system on Thursday evening. We called Mr. Dependable that evening and had an appointment for the next morning. When we gave them our address they were able to quickly pull up all of the information about our well and equipment (they had installed the equipment 18yrs ago when the house was built). They showed up after their first appointment without calling (the only thing that did not go as planned).
They immediately began to diagnose the problem and had it narrowed down to a problem with the pump in under five minutes. They pulled the pump out and identified a broken wire about 80ft into the well. They provided us with the options to get us up and running again and did not pressure us to go in one direction. We decided to replace the pump as it was already 18yrs old. They had all of the equipment they needed with them, including a new well pump. They sanitized the well and had everything installed in under 60 minutes. We anticipated having a final bill of around $1,500, but were surprised when it came to around $960.
Mr. Dependable helped us through a troublesome and potentially very expensive situation with excellent service and information. We will definitely be calling them again if we have any issues or questions with our well or associated equipment.

    Advanced Air Solutions LLC
I found this company through an Angie's Big Deal. Mark, the owner, called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He discovered a blockage in my air conditioner that was causing it to leak. He cleaned it out and replaced the pipe that was not doing its job. He then inspected all components of my air conditioner, re-wrapped a wire that had frayed, took temperature readings, and assured me that everything else was in good condition. Mark was punctual, professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend him.

    Blind And Sons LLC
Call Blind and Son's on 1/26 requesting that an electrician take a look at a shorted out electrical box in our sewer system.  Asked if we could have someone come out the same day as was afraid sewer was going to back up.  The electrician arrived later that afternoon and replaced/rewired the electrical box.  However discovered the sewer pump was still not working.  Electrician called back to the office and immediately scheduled a plumber to arrive at 8:00 a.m. on 1/27.  Plumber arrived exactly at 8:00 a.m. and determined our pump was bad.  This pump was an older pump but the plumber knew exactly where he could get a replacement.  He drove and got the replacement and we returned going right to work to replace the bad pump.
The electrician and plumber were very courteous and very knowledgable.   I would highly recommend using Blind and Son's they are a one stop shop providing a vast variety of services.  I will definitely call them again should the need arise.  Thank you Blind and Son's what a professional organization.

    Doug Mullaly Plumbing
He was prompt, professional, quick working, and reasonably priced.   He diagnosed our leak as a broken sump pump, replaced the sump pump and then also added a longer vent to our water heater.   It took less than an hour.  Cost was only $150.  I would not hesitate to call him in the future!

    R & R Plumbing
Our whole house filter sprung a leak. There was a massive puddle
underneath the spewing water. I called Rand R plumbing and they came
out in one hour. I asked them to cut out the filter and install a
copper pipe. Chip was wonderful, professional, and friendly. We have
also used Rand R plumbing to install a new water heater and sump pump
system in the last few years. I highly recommend this company. Their
level of expertise and professionalism is amazing.
