    Upon arrival at the store we were greeted by Dave (salesman).  Very friend guy and he asked what we were looking for.  He showed us around but then let us look on our own.  We spent approximately 1 hour in the store and Dave kept checking on us but was not overbearing.  We decided to think about our purchase and Dave gave us his business card and told us about a special that was going to start the next day.  We returned to the store the next day and asked to speak to Dave.  Dave showed us a couple other selections that he thought we might like.  We eventually decided on a sectional, chair/ottoman, coffee table, carpet and some accessories.  Dave was very helpful and an excellent salesman.  Dave informed us that our furniture would be delivered in a few weeks because they did not have a couple pieces in stock. We were fine with this as we were not ready to take delivery immediately.  At this point is where the issues started.
    Four weeks later we were still waiting on our furniture.  No phone calls from Levin's advising us that our furniture was going to take longer to be delivered than expected.  I finally called Levin's and was told they were still waiting on a few pieces of furniture.  I asked how much longer it was going to take and they advised a couple more weeks.  Another week passed and I called again and was advised it was going to take a little longer as they were still waiting on the chair and ottoman.  I again expressed my frustration and the customer service agent offered nothing but a simple "I am sorry".  We continued to wait and just received our delivery on 4/25.  We ended up waiting 9 weeks total for our furniture that was supposed to only take 2 weeks. 
    Basically we had a good sales experience and the guys who delivered the furniture were great.  However customer service after the sale is terrible at Levin's.  No follow up on their part, I had to keep calling myself.  If you are in a hurry for furniture go somewhere else.  Our sales experience was GREAT with Dave, but after they get your money they seem not to care.

    Knowledgeable sales people and service technicians. Very competitive prices. No high pressure or attempts to up sell. Always on time and called ahead when coming. No charges for delivery or old appliance haul-away. Excellent follow-up service if any problems. Have purchased from them a number of times and will continue to go back.

    I called Rick 5 weeks in a row and only got voice mail.  I called Levin 3 weeks in a row and told them how Rick their repair person would not return my calls.  They promised he would call and schedule a repair.  NEVER HAPPENED.  This is an $800 chair!  The repair should have only cost $120.  Yet we could not get Levin to even contact us.   Finally, we purchased something at Casey Furniture in Canton.  I mentioned the problem we were having with Levin not even responding to us to get a Lane recliner fixed.  Casey Furniture picked up our broken chair at no charge, repaired the warranted mechanism and not only that they added stuffing and repaired a broken board in the chair all for $95.   They did this in the span of ONE WEEK.  I will never buy anything from Levin Furniture again.  Ever.  Casey Furniture has the best sales and service of any furniture store I have ever used.

    We had a horrible experience with Levin Furniture not repairing a Lane leather recliner.  We were shopping at Casey Furniture and happened to mention the horrible experience with Levin and Casey's ordered the part for our broken chair, picked it up, took it to their warehouse where they not only fixed the broken part that was warranted, they also repaired a broken wood platform and added stuffing.  Then they delivered my recliner.  This all cost us only $95.  This was above and beyond good service.  This was remarkable.  Best furniture store we have ever used.
