BDone Right Windows Doors and MoreI hired Chad for a variety of things around the house. Him and his father in law updated my kitchen and laundry room. His wife painted my upstairs bedroom. All in all the kitchen turned out AMAZING! and they were the best price I could find. The family is kind and personable. I do not recommend them for painting however as I had to call them back to fix careless mistakes. They also pieced together my island out of some cheaper materials (we were on a budget) and the corner broke off, it was about a year ago and it was never replaced per agreement. Considering all the work that was done and the price I paid I still recommend and have even considered other projects with them. I love that they are a family business !- Ashley C.

AGibraltar Custom Builders LLCBrett was very easy to talk with and helped us through the process of construction. He kept the numerous contractors on track to keep the project moving forward. We sometimes had as many as 3 different contractors in on the same day. When something didn't look just right, he made sure it was fixed. When the siding on the new addition didn't quite match, he had the entire side of the house done. We installed a heated tile floor in the master bath, marble shower with zero entry, soaking tub and counter height granite vanities plus a second closet in the bedroom. Brett, Brad and Wayne were great to have working on our additions. They take pride in their work. They were professional, friendly, and respected our comfort during the entire construction process.- Ilene K.

AWe were extremely happy with the service, installation and quality provided by Pella of McMurray. We dealt with Rob Culbertson. Rob was superb to deal with in many aspects. I highly recommend selecting Rob to handle your needs. The installers were professional, respectful and diligent. They worked hard under cold conditions. They were cognizant of their cleanliness too and swept up frequently. The fiberglass windows and doors look great and I examined them thoroughly. My neighbors have been complimentary too. CThe job was mostly completed. John did not respond to our request to repair loose shakes. We paid upfront for maintenance of roof and gutters. Because he didn't appear after several requests, we hired a gutter cleaner and will hire another maintenance company. We paid a pretty price and resent that he has be AWOl.

FSTAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS MESS OF A COMPANY AS POSSIBLE! Would you like to waste your time and money? Would you like to be repeatedly lied to? How about leaving your yard in shambles for weeks after being told it would take 1-2 days? How about them using your personal property as ladder props? How would you like them to not even finish and tell you they did?! How would you like to have them “fix” all this, only to make it worse ? How would you like all your shingles to be wavy with nails sticking out ? Yes? All of this and more could be yours if you choose The Third Estimate! Worst possible nightmare experience of ANY company in my life. None of this is exaggerated, I promise you that. They’re lucky we didn’t sue them, but I was leaving on deployment and didn’t want anymore hassle. The only thing they did right was give us a FULL REFUND because they knew the work was garbage. FRoof Leaks. Many, Many, Many phone calls. Few responses. Lots of excuses. Many visits to deal with leak. Crews from Columbus, Dayton, and New Jersey. Never the same crew. Roof still leaks. I kept details of the whole process. Too lengthy to include here. I wouldn't recommend this outfit to my enemies.

FEquipment left lying around. 2 -guys putting on roof were not always supervised - did not repair problem just bandaid. Was not told not removing all shingles but put on over prev shingles. Overpaid for amount work done. 2yrs later still picking up roofing nails in yard. Left box of nails in driveway dumped in gravel thank goodness found before drove over.
