APlatinum Home Exteriors LLC.Steve was great to work with from start to finish. His experience allow us to have a metal roof on our 130 year old farmhouse like we’ve talked about for years. He and his crew identified/repaired some problem areas needing attention with some rotted areas from a bad drip edge, pulled and replaced the gutter for proper drainage, even put the basic gutter guards we’ve been using back on before I could ask what would happen with them. Also, got us scheduled in before the tough months of winter and Spring rains could cause any further damage. Very pleased with the work and project results. Thanks again, Steve and crew!- Eric I.

AShield Exteriors Metal RoofingThe material was delivered and put where we asked it to be left and shortly afterwards 3 nice guys showed up and laid out the material and went to work. They did a wonderful job and were done in about 5 hours for the whole roof. They cleaned everything up and had the pile of trash for the next man to come and pick it up the same day. There was nothing at all for us to get rid of. Everybody involved with this has been very nice to deal with in person and on the phone.- Cindy L.

AKlaus Roofing did an excellent job on the new roof. From taping the seams and 6 ft up of underlayment protection from the edge, Valentine and his crew did a super job. He found the source of the leak from a previous roofer which screwed up the flashing. I was up on the roof during the day and could see they knew what they were doing. 30 year warranty

ABill and his crew arrived every day when they said they would. They worked steadily in the heat to put vinyl siding on the main house and vinyl shingles on the front of the house and the gables. Bill has been doing this for a long time and he is particular. He redid a couple sections that he didn't like how they looked. The shutters didn't come in with the rest of the order and they had to come back several weeks later to install the shutters. The results look really good.

AI recently sought help from Dr. Flue to repair a gap that had formed where mortar around my chimney had apparently eroded over time. From first contact with their office, to the final visit and completion of the work, my experience with Dr. Flue’s staff was exceptional… They took time to understand the issue and provide me a simple cost estimate; scheduled a time to come out and shot me a reminder a couple days ahead of the visit; then showed up on time and prepared. Once onsite, they confirmed the work we had discussed would address the issue I originally reported. Then pointed out some significant chimney flashing issues I was unable to see from the ground. These were a result of a recent, shoddy roof re-shingle job done by another contractor. I was impressed how they stayed objective and did not bad-mouth the roofers - just pointed out the issues and likely consequences I could expect if they were to go unaddressed. In short, Dr. Flue’s team earned my trust and respect. Alan, Kevon, and Josh, thank you for your time, work, and communication throughout. ANorth Coast and it's owner Nathan have handled our roofing issues to our complete satisfaction.. From the original roof replacement to fixing a couple of leaks that developed years later (one of which was actually a siding issue), they have have provided great service. They did not charge us for the followup work they did, even though it was several years after the roof installation.
