AKnox Radon EMT LLCCorey was very professional and provided great communication throughout two days of work. Clearly detailed the cost and the worked to be done- In our crawlspace he replaced and installed two sump pumps including a emergency battery backup Pump. He also completed a full radon mitigation and placed the fan in a safe but quiet location away from living and bedroom areas. Most importantly our radon reading went from 5.3 pCi/L to- chuck g.

ANorthcoast Radon Services LLCNortheast Radon was very thorough in their analysis of our home to determine the best method to bring our radon level to a safe/acceptable level. They provided a detailed quote & once we agreed to have them do the work, installed the mitigation system within days (on a Saturday). The installation was professionally done & they left the installation area neat and clean. They explained how to check the system to be sure everything is working properly. A few days later, they had an independent testing service arrange testing to ensure radon had been effectively mitigated. The result was an average reading of 0.9 pCi/L. ATop Line Home Inspections, LLCWe hired Sherman to do a home inspection for a house we were in contract on and he did a fantastic job! He was very thorough, explained things clearly, and was happy to answer any questions we had. So when we had to terminate that contract, we knew we wanted to hire him again when we found another house. The second time around he was just as thorough and still made sure to explain everything he saw. We hired Top Line Home Inspections to do a radon test as well the second time around, and when it came back high, they we were able to help us find the resources we needed to get that taken care of. (Much lower than well-know companies I had contacted for estimates!) The two gentlemen who did the actual duct cleaning were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained the entire process before beginning. A few hours later, the main office phoned to see how everything went and if I was happy with the outcome. AMarty conducted a thorough home inspection and provided a detailed quality report for us with photos. We are aware that all homes have problems, but Marty uncovered code violations and numerous egregious shoddy construction defects in a new build home that we were planning to buy. His report prevented us from making a costly mistake if we had purchased this home.. Marty was friendly yet professional. He provided excellent customer service and was even wiling to call us very late at night after our long work days were over and go over the report with us item by item. We will definitely call on Marty again when we need an inspection and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
