DMy daughter was treated at this practice's Olentangy River Road location for a dancing injury to her toe. The physical therapy that my daughter received here was excellent. Unfortunately, OrthoNeuro's billing personnel are terrible. This office requires an in-office deposit for certain patients, and the policy is even posted there. When I received their first bill, they had not credited the deposit. When I called, the woman who answered denied that they had received the payment. After I e-mailed them a copy of the receipt they themselves had given us, they continued to try not to credit the deposit, with several excuses. They claimed it was a co-pay (even though they billed me for $183.40 more than that "co-pay"). They also claimed they had no policy of taking in-office deposits. Eventually, they did credit the deposit. Then in their final bill, they failed to credit some very significant earlier payments that I had made using their online payment system. If I had not caught their errors, I would have paid $649 more than the $2200 in payments that were approved by my insurance company. I don't know if the overcharging is intentional or merely incompetent, but if you get treatment from this practice, closely review your bills for errors.

FThis is no lie or joke. I went there once and over heard the nurse telling another person they was caring for to just die already.

AIt went great! The therapists very professional and fun. My sessions were always productive and I was back to normal. I learned what I needed to do to keep from hurting my knee again. If I were to need these type of services again I would definitely go back!

FHillcrest HospitalI went in Hillcrest Hospital to have a Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy done October 2020 which was after having a ureteroscopy in July 2019 which was a failed attempt to remove a large stone done by Dr Boyd. The 2nd surgery was much more painful then the ureteroscopy and the 2nd doctor, Dr Sivalingam, again was not able to remove the stone or any of the smaller stones. I am now left with lower back pain and I still have my same kidney pain and the stones. Here is my problem, my insurance paid most of the bill and Hillcrest billing states I am responsible for paying the difference. Pay for what? I paid the first botched surgery, why should I pay the second one? All that doctor did was cause me more pain and removed nothing. The Ombudsman department feels I should pay. Is that ridiculous or what? 2 surgeries, 2 doctors, and I get nothing but pain and suffering. I also waited in the emergency room for 6 hours in severe pain the same night as my surgery because they sent me home instead of keeping me overnight like they said they were going to do. Plus my room had black and pink mold in the shower. Gross and very unhealthy. When I finally went back home my temperature went to 101. I was told to call if my temperature went above 100. It took 4 calls in a 10 hour period for someone to actually respond. If I could give that hospital a zero rating I would. Worst time I ever had in a hospital. Hillcrest is going way down in my opinion.- Chris G.

AAdena Bone & Joint CenterAfter the surgery, I was transferred to SOMC Hospital in Portsmouth, Ohio for rehab. I was told that Adena didn't have a rehab program. This was in June 2005. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery. The only thing I can't do that I used to be able to do is kneel on my knees and pray.- Carol J.

ADr.Gennaro LabellaI think he is an excellent physician. He cares about you. He gives you the information you need. He explains things. He makes it easy for you to understand and explains why things are going on. He is just very open with his practice. There is no mystery and issue. He has mastery in medicine and he lets you know if he does not know something or is curious about something.- April G.
