AGarrity PaintingI built our 20 foot long bridges in 1989. They've been pressure washed and coated with AMTECO stain every 3 to 5 years. Garrity has done this work the last two times. Each time they gave much more attention to detail than I was used to receiving. They even carefully fixed the splinters that have appeared over the years. They sanded the small ones off and bonded the large ones. No one would guess these wooden bridges are over 30 years old! The house painting was also done well. I was pleased by Mr. Garrity's willingness to go beyond just painting and tackle unusual problems such as carpenter bee nests and replacement of rotted wood.- CARL H.

ATo start out Jim Leatherman quickly responded to my asking for a quote. On 6-4-2020 I received a call in the morning from Chris Thomas asking if it would be OK if they did my home today. He told me that the rep would be out between 1 and 5. I believe Jeff showed up at approx: 2 P.M. He did a great job of cleaning all of the Algae stains that were on the vinyl siding. It turned out of the bids that came in to easily be the best price. One of the companies that I will not name came in with a bid of $499 + a $79.00 service call. I told them that I don't to continue, their price was outrageous.

He painted the foundation of my house and went then extra mile to ensure my siding stayed clean and even pulled back the dirt at the base of the house to ensure the paint covered as much of the foundation as possible. We hired them to do house renovations (removing wall paper, removing carpet, fixing hard wood floor, painting, completely renovating bathroom, replacing front door). Shawn and his team were fantastic! The renovations were for my parents' house. Shawn communicated very well (especially since my parents don't speak good English, so Shawn and his team communicated with my siblings and me). He and his team were very patient, and they worked with us regarding details for the renovation throughout the project. The quality of the work was fantastic. I still hear my parents compliment it to this day (two years after the work was done). I highly recommend Marquard Home Improvement & Remodeling for house renovation work.
