    They were very careful with my car. It required extra attention because of the lowered springs. Noticed a difference with the alignment - car runs straight. Tyler was not only professional but took care of me like I was a long time friend.

    I'm quite happy. My interaction with them is fine. The work turned out fine. I would describe them as very dependable, they don't do work that doesn't need to be done. I cannot call someplace where they tell you "Oh, this stuff needs to be done." and I used to work on cars. They always tell you the maintenance is halfway done. The manufacturer doesn't say that. I guess they're near smarter than the engineers that built the car I guess. I don't like those people.

    It always goes well with Chidsey's! We went in Saturday to make appointment for Wednesday. Got the time we wanted and it was done speedy quick! I cannot say enough about the service and the people! It is always a pleasure to go there and schedule an appointment and just enjoy the friendly people! It's just an experience walking thru the front door! Look at the maps and drawings and pictures! Wow, there is a pencil drawing of Chidsey's when it first started! You need to see it! They sure have grown!

    I found him at top of street waiting for the agreed time because he was early! It was a bit pricey but I can tell you I was awe struck when he finished my car. It looked better than new..... every detail immaculate.... worth every penny and I will call on him again and of course recommend him to others. I was driving to work today and I swear the car even ran better.... I forgot to mention the convenience of having it done right in my garage.... I am very happy

    I dropped the truck off on 7/29 for a complete interior and exterior detail. I want to first note that no pre-inspection was done to go over the vehicle with me. I gave them the keys and they said they would call me when it was complete. They had the truck for 7 hours. I dropped it off at 9 and they called me around 4 to say it was ready. When i arrived my wife and i immediatly noticed that there were soome obvious issues with the exterior of the truck as it sat backed into a parking spot. The lower bottom of the truck under the doors was not clean. Nor were the inner wells and lip of the fenders. There was wax residue all over my emblems and the window glass had some sort of residue in areas. I opened up the driver and passenger side doors to find that the seats still had some stains and there were areas on the floor that were not cleaned at all. The head liner had not been cleaned at all and there was sticky residue on the plastic a pillars. The door jambs and inner door were not cleaned at all. Needless to say i was baffled by what i was seeing. I went inside and asked the cashier if she had a list off all of the things that were cleaned and detailed on my truck. She replied "no but is there a problem?" I replied yes my truck is not 100% cleaned and there are a lot of areas that were missed or poorly cleaned. She asked me to take her outside and show her. As i started to point things out she became very defensive. I first pointed out the door jambs and how dirty they were. She said well you dont see the jambs so were not going to wax them. I replied that them not being waxed wasnt the concern, they are not clean. I then pointed out that the seats were not clean. She said they dont always come clean because of the type of material that they are made from. I asked her why i wasnt told this before hand and she couldnt give me and answer. As i started to point more things out she cut me off and said she would have someone come out to address some of the areas needing cleaned. She sent out a detailer and he was very appologetic and said that he had not been the one who did the detail but he would make it right. He started to fix some of the problems and we got to talking while i stood there. he told me that they dont have good help and that his co-workers dont care about doing things right. I asked him if they have a supervisor that inspects the car before they are given back to the customer. He said no and noted that the manager was out of the building all afternoon for a meeting. I then went back in to talk to the cashier again to stress my dissatifaction with the service i paid for. she was not concerned at all and blew me off while i was talking and picked a phone call up of a customer she had on hold. As soon as she got done i told her i wanted to speak with someone in charge. She got the manager to come out to the truck. He immediatly was rude and walked up and says whats the problem? I said the problem is that im here to pick up my truck and its not ready and i got a call saying it was ready. He said well my guy is fixing the issues you had with it so whats the problem? I started pointing out the issues and asked him why the vehicle wasnt inspected before it was sent back to me. He said he was out of the building all day. I said well thats no exuse someone should be here when your not. He said well i dont know what you want, we did the extra seats for you, as if he did me a favor I replied and i paid for that service.($50) i told him that for what i paid the truck should be cleaned. And told him that i was never coming back. He said that he was sorry i felt that way and told me to have a good day and started to walk away. I wasnt about to let him off the hook for a shoddy job so i told him i wanted a discount for having to wait another hour for my truck to be corrected. He gave me $30.00 off the bill. It should have been more but at that point i just wanted to leave. I left with wax residue all over the emblems and door handles, a diry headliner,dirty seats and the floor had missed areas as well as around the seat belts and the glass still had streaks. On my way home i stopped at advanced auto and bot upholstry cleaner and took the truck home and cleaned it again. All of the stains in the seats came out as well as the headliner. Even thought they told me they cleaned the seats twice and that the headliner couldnt be cleaned because it was glued in. Sorry this review was so long but i just dont want anyone to waste there hard earned money on these thieves. The manager and cashier were very rude and unprofessional and i will never take my business to them again!!!!

    Best Auto Glass

    I called Best Auto Glass to get a price on replacing my cracked windshield.  The price was very good so I arranged a date to come to my home to perform the replacement.  They were to call on the scheduled morning to give me an approximate time.  They did call and gave me a time they would show up. It was a very windy day and I got a call later that morning that the new glass had been damaged being unloaded from the supplier and they offered to come the next day with a new glass.  We set up a new schedule and they showed up at the agreed time with two windshields.  The installer was very friendly and professional and did the job without a hitch.  I'm very happy with the result and would use them again, if needed.

    Oil was changed, tires rotated and fluid levels checked and topped off. Roger worked on my car, and gave me a status report on the fluid levels. Chris was working the front desk, and makes customers feel like they are a part of his family. And he takes good care of our vehicles! Today I ran into two customers who mentioned how happy they were with American Tire. A woman was getting her SUV serviced, and had bought new tires. A man came in with a flat tire, and only wanted American Tire to help him. The customers seem to enjoy the small town, neighborly atmosphere when they come in. They know they will be treated fairly, and their vehicle will only get the services really needed.

    Oil was changed, and problem with A/C was located. Freon was added after leak was sealed. I was concerned that the A/C problem could mean expensive repairs. But Chris and Roger are always honest with customers, and recommend the best fix for a car problem. As a result, they have built a loyal following of customers. And when a repair is necessary they do a great job of not only explaining the problem, but they will point out where the problem is on your vehicle.
