    I had been leaving messages and sending emails to 2 large property management companies for a month and was shocked that I couldn't get anyone to call me back to even answer questions. I called Elle and was pleasantly surprised to have the phone answered by someone who was available to answer my questions and explain their services immediately. Shawnte promptly followed up with some additional information by email and responded quickly to any additional questions I had. We had an initial meeting set up but I unexpectedly had well qualified tenants inquire about my vacancy. Even after putting our meeting on hold, Shawnte remained professional and courteous. I will definitely consider Elle in the future and share my experience with others.

    Their customer service is amazing. The website was easy to use and everyone I have interacted with there has been fabulous. I changed my mind about the size I could fit in my driveway the evening before it arrived and they were able to make the change quickly and called to confirm. The agent who delivered it and picked it up was extremely polite and considerate of my neighbors.

    It was something technical that was their fault, so they didn't charge me. They had to come back a couple of times. I don't know what the technical difficulties were but, I called them and they came right out within a day. They couldn't figure it out right away but, eventually did. Sometimes the box I have which, might be dated will freeze and I have to hard boot it.

    It took forever to get a response and the finished product.  The result was OK.  I expected her to really wow me with the final product, but I really could have written the same thing myself.

    Overall, the operation was a failure. So far the device does not provide the needed relief.
    My experience with the hospital staff was below par. The biggest problem was the "bed" I was in. It is not really a bed but a small hard surface covered with around a 1 inch pad. As I have moderate to severe back pain I was in tremendous pain just from being on that so-called bed. I had to have my wife go home and bring an air mattress for me to lie on. I was given drugs for the pain, but only part of the time could I get an effective dose. I was told that I could have an injection of morphine in recovery. But when I was taken to my room in the hospital the nurse told I could not have morphine injections. It was only later that I found out that the nurse lied to me because she was not an RA and could not administer morphine injections. When the night shift nurse came on duty at 7 pm she told me that the Dr. had ordered morphine injections and when I asked her why I was told I could not have morphine injections by the afternoon shift nurse the night shift nurse was the one who told me why the afternoon shift nurse apparently lied to me.
    This is my second bad experience with Southwest General.

    We had a representative from CPM come to walk through our house to discuss how much some repairs would cost for our tenants. When we told him that we wanted CPM to do the repairs he told me to email him our tenant's contact information.  4 days later he still had not contacted the tenants but emailed me to tell me that he would have someone else contact them soon.  It has been 7 days and my tenants still have not received the initial call for the electrician to check out the problem.  The representative who originally came to the house has not responded to the email I wrote him 3 days ago.  I made another call to the company on 6/5. The day after I made another call to the company on 6/5, someone called my tenants and arranged an appointment on 6/7.  All repairs (electrical outlets in a bathroom and bedroom, light fixture replaced on porch, and railings tightened) were completed.  My tenants said that the maintenance person was very professional.  In conclusion, the company did what they had promised to do even though the initial contact to make the appointment was later than promised.

    I always go for the highest rated people.  I used him and I didn't even bother about two or three other people.  Everything went great.  It turned out to be very simple which was good because I have a 58 inch TV.  I was worried that I had to buy a new TV but it turned out to be simple.  He had to go through the whole process.  He was real quick.  There was nothing bad.

    Playset was purchased and to be installed, installation never took place due to excuse upon excuse from R.J. (owner).The worst company I have ever dealt with. The owner is the most unprofessional person I have experienced in my lifetime. Owner has screamed at me over the phone, hung up on me and done nothing but make excuses for their lack of living up to their obligation. Please do your family a favor and get your playset from a more reputable company.

    MARTY WALLACE CLOCK REPAIR SPECIALIST
    The cuckoo clock was a family heirloom of sorts belonging to my grandmother. It hadn't worked in over 15 years and I was about ready to throw it away. Not only was I pleased to find someone who could repair it, but he did it at what I consider to be a reasonable price, considering all the work that it needed. When Marty took the wall clock for repair, it was with the understanding that he might not be able to repair it, as parts for the clock's movement weren't easy to get. Not only was he able to fix the clock's original movement, but he did it at no cost. I highly recommend Marty to anyone who needs clock repair work.

    HE CAME TWICE. THE FIRST DAY HE DID RE-FOCUS THE PICTURE AS BEST HE COULD. SONY TV HAD MADE A FEW DESIGN CHANGES WHICH MADE THE ADJUSTMENTS VERY DIFFICULT. HE WASN'T SATISFIED AND TRIED FROM MY HOME TO CONTACT SONY TECH SUPPORT. HE THEN CAME BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK ADVISING SONY WAS NOT AS MUCH HELP AS HE HAD WISHED. HE PLAYED WITH THE SET UNTIL HE WAS ABLE TO GET IT ADJUSTED AS BEST HE COULD. SONY SAID THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY TAKE A NEW YOKE. THE SET IS ONLY THREE YEARS OLD AND I ADVISED I WOULD NOT PUT ANY MORE MONEY INTO THE SET. HOWEVER, THE PICTURE IS LIGHT YEARS BETTER THAN WHEN HE CAME TO MAKE THE ADJUSTMENTS. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST AND HE WASN'T AS SATISFIED AS HE WOULD LIKE FOR THE SET TO BE. I AM HAPPY AND PLEASE WITH HIS PUNCTUALITY AND FAIRNESS WITH PRICING. HE DID MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
