AThompson Heating & CoolingIt went great as always. The technician, Tom, was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I can’t say enough about this company’s excellent service! We discovered Thompson’s Heating and Cooling this past winter when our furnace wouldn’t kick on——We called them for a second opinion and quote, after the first company we reached out to arrived “rushed” and noticeably confused as to what the problem actually was. In fact, the owner of the company himself, claimed that we needed three new parts totaling $1,500. Fortunately, we found Thompson’s! The price? $259 and only one new part! It turned out that the furnace was dirty and the gas valve was blocked. Need I say more. Thank you Thompson for your exceptional service!- Cindy B.

Nice guy. Would have preferred to have someone who had done this before, especially if they were the only one coming. It worked out ok.- Marykaye C.

Ken came out for an estimate in one day, diagnosed the problem, and came out two days later and not only installed a new A/C system, but moved it to a new preferred location! His workers are kind, and wonderful — strong worth ethic. Ken was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. AYoungstown Comfort SystemsFantastic! Ken was our second estimate, and WHAT a difference. We knew there was a leak in the system that was on 3 1/2 years old, but the previous company wanted more than triple the cost of three pounds of refrigerant. Further cost was a $300 diagnostic test to locate the leak and at least $500 to repair it. Ken made the same diagnosis, charged $30/lb for the 3 lbs needed to recharge the system and $175 to put in a leak stop chemical to stop the leak. The difference between $350 and $1000 was VERY welcome. Highly recommend Ken and Youngstown Comfort Systems. He's rebuilding his father's business and we will call him back for future work.- Donna H.

We install Under Deck Ceilings underneath elevated decks to make a nice dry, bright living space . We can add lights and fans during the installation. This area can also be used for storage.

ADusty and his crew did an amazing job with our deck, replacing an old (and lesser quality) plastic ceiling with his more durable and beautiful aluminum system. Dusty was incredibly responsive, giving us detailed quotes in person and via email. Once his crew was able to reopen for work (he was temporarily closed during the COVID-19 closures), they immediately came out and completed our large deck project in a single day! The attention to detail that Dusty and his crew are capable of is impressive - they were able to make the patio under deck even more usable by expanding the coverage of the ceiling, moving the drainage and downspouts to a better location, and installing a soffit to the outer portion of the deck that not only looks great but also keeps birds and other critters from getting in. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

AProject Manager Abe Izzo contacted me after an Angie's List search for commercial roofing contractors near Beaver Falls. Abe was awesome! We met at First Reformed Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls and he immediately went to work! After several weeks of discussion and 2 other bids for the project, Shell Restoration was awarded the job. The project began the very next week and, despite poor weather, his crew completed the job in less than two weeks. Our church roof was a complicated install due to the steeple, and the many peaks and valleys connecting the old building to the new building. The newly shingled roof looks amazing, and fit our limited budget perfectly! I strongly recommend Abe Izzo and She'll Restoration of New Castle for all your roofing needs!
