    My insurance covers all urgent care visits. When the bill went to the insurance, however, it did not include the needed information about the service facility. I spent many hours trying to get UH to provide this information and got stuck in their customer service loop repeatedly without resolution. The best they could do was send me the same documents they sent the insurance and instruct me to contact my insurance again, to which I had already appealed. I reached out to UH Patient Advocate support and am waiting for assistance. Despite all my attempts the only person I have been able to speak with is a customer service rep who is not empowered to make any adjustments to the documents submitted to an insurance company. They claim that they are sending my concern on to the billing department for resolution, but when I followup the issue remains unresolved, and I have to yet again explain the entire situation to a new rep. The system is broken if the patient is the only one working to mediate a communication problem between a hospital and an insurance company. I do not recommend UH services for anyone who is not a UH employee since they have clearly demonstrated they are unable to work well with outside insurance providers.

    Two technicians arrived at the designated time. They removed the back of the TV. Then they tested all circuit boards and connections. Broken connections were found and repaired. The TV lives again! I understand electronics and they explained in detail what went wrong and why. From start to finish in a little over an hour. Very knowledgeable, I will defiantly use them for future needs and I highly recommend them.

    This is not the first time I have leased a storage space with them. The last time I leased a space with them the area was undergoing a face lift and they Power Washed my space!!! This winter I am faced with the cold and snow and they lock me out of my space. I have been trying to get into my space to move out!!!! What I run into is nothing but problems! I was told by the manager of the facility that I would have to dig out MY door in order to access it!!!! A week later I am looking for the company to DE-ICE the area so that I may remove the items I have in my space. I have spoken with GM and he has no answer. I have no reason to rent with them any longer! I will seek another place when needed!

    I needed a biopsy and the doctor at the Cleveland Clinic never ever returned my calls. It was awful; I was bleeding from the nose and mouth. Besides the pain, I kept getting these residents that did not know what to do; he would not call me back. I thought I am going into the kind of surgery that I have to have with this doctor. If you have problems and your doctor does not call you back, his mannerisms, he was very abrupt and he is one of those doctors that does not want to be questioned. If you are going to be getting into my mouth and doing surgery you are going to be answering my questions. He would get all-defensive when I would ask questions. He did not like to be questioned and he was very abrupt and rude. The man is deplorable. I would not have taken my dog to him. He did explain what I needed done. He did the biopsy. I did not go to him for the surgery. We did find out what we needed to from the biopsy. I would not ever use him again.

    We chose them because at that time about 3 or 4 years ago they had a real good price for the bundle. We have been thinking of switching because there have been problems with the phone. The internet and the cable seems to work but the phone won’t; every once in a while the phone goes out.

    We had them switch us as we signed up with another service provider.  We stayed with them for about ten days and switched back to who we were originally with before we tried the another provider.  The price depends on what service we have.  I don't have anything that stands out but obviously we like their service and the channel lineup that's available to us.

    I have been using their services for about 7 years. Whenever there is a problem, they do to everything to rectify it. When I had a defective remote, they sent me a replacement. They always give good instruction for any cable problems. They are good with their billing and you can pay over the phone with your credit card. The services are very rarely interupted. I am very happy with their services.

    I've been continually having problems getting the cable to work. This went on for days and they would have different people try to help that had no idea what the problems were. I had their service for about a month. I thought something was wrong with my tv but it was the cable.

    Anything Worth Repairing
    I took it home and when I pulled on the chain, the whole thing fell apart. I immediately thought they didn't do an underwriter's knot- which they didn't. I took the lamp back. She said, 'Oh that's so dangerous. I thought you had the top' (the wires were just sticking out of the top). I said I never had any such thing...and that I couldn't find the parts on the internet and that's why I took it here. They said they'd have to order a whole new part, etc. They ordered it and I went to pick up the lamp. It was just annoying that they couldn't do a simple re-wire/know what they were doing. My main point in writing this report was to bring this to member's attention. It was a safety hazard.
